Saturday's PrepHoops The Expo featured dozens of the best prospects in Tennessee. This was a great opportunity to see a bunch of guys as they head into their season. Take a look at the players that made up Team 3.

[player_tooltip player_id='2565661' first='Dustin' last='Harden'] / Oakland / 2028
His rebounding technique needs a lot of work. Very thin. Regardless of his build, he was not embracing contact when the ball came off of the glass. Dustin would be so much more successful on the glass if he found the block out early and held it with commitment.

[player_tooltip player_id='2205030' first='Sheldon' last='Huber'] / 2026 /
Good in the open floor. He was very hard on himself when he and his teammate missed a great fastbreak give-and-go alley. It could have been a Top 5 play from the day.

[player_tooltip player_id='2621438' first='Ayden' last='Glenn'] / Zion Christian Academy / 2027
"Quick enough to be a senior," said another evaluator. Can shoot. Ayden is an intriguing young player. Good strength for a sophomore. He can really jump.

[player_tooltip player_id='2510498' first='Montavious' last='Clardy'] / Kirkwood / 2027
So, so fast. Montavious was in the top 10% of campers athletically. Smallish guard. Blazing fast.

[player_tooltip player_id='2236492' first='Kobi' last='Jackson'] / Independence / 2027
Elite handle. Elite court awareness. Kobi saw the angles and saw the best side of the defender to attack via dribble every time in our 3v3 portion. Kobi hit an absurd amount of three-pointers in that halfcourt-centic drill. As he begins his sophomore year Kobi is getting more comfortable as a vocal leader at the point position. It is tricky for young point guards to be vocal when their teammates are older. But Kobi will be a key part of the reigning State Champions in 2024-2025 and communication is imperative for point guards. On-ball defense was average. Long-term Kobi will only goes as far as his on-ball defense will take him. It is not that he is a bad defender. His offense is elite already as a high school sophomore. That makes his defense a limiting factor.

[player_tooltip player_id='2045245' first='Burton' last='Cox'] / Jo Byrns / 2026
Crafty. Cox played with guile, as he always does. Quick mind, quick feet. Cox was good at defense until the big guards got him inside 6' where he just could not deter them. As long as he is only tasked with guarding the perimeter, Burton is very good. If an opposing coach decides to post up a 6-foot-2+ guard with strong shoulders on him, then Burton will be in trouble. He just can't challenge the release point effectively. Wizard in the open floor.

[player_tooltip player_id='2610428' first='Tyrece' last='Wiggs'] / Kirkwood / 2025 SG
Mistook him for a college senior as Tyrece is tremendously hulking. He was good not great at getting to the basket considering he should live at the free throw line. Wiggs is a fringe college player and a Class of 2025 wing.
