<p>We are in the month of September and that means the high school basketball season will soon be upon us. However, we have plenty of hoop's news to keep track of over the next few weeks. In this article, we are going to highlight several players that had busy weeks as preparations for the season continue.</p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2441317' first='Ethan' last='Polite']-Point Guard-North Little Rock-6'3” 2027</strong></p>

<p>The North Little Rock point guard put on a strong showing at the Circuit South Carolina Event last week. Polite continues to display an impressive jumper that he hits with plenty of consistency. He gets into the lane with ease and can finish above the rim. Polite does a great job of handling and distributing the basketball. He has good court awareness and seems to always know where the open shooter is on the floor. Polite is a prospect to watch out for over the next couple of seasons for North Little Rock.</p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2028697' first='Skye' last='Davenport']-Point Guard-Springdale Har-Ber-6'3” 2026</strong></p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='2028697' first='Skye' last='Davenport'] is a dynamic point guard that has no problem getting the basketball to the open man. He is able to get into the paint easily. Davenport will either make the extra pass to the open teammate or simply finish with points himself. Earlier in the week, the Har-Ber point guard had the opportunity to make a visit to Oklahoma State. He has the potential to have a strong season for the Wildcats this season. Davenport is a player to watch out for over the next few seasons.</p>

<p><strong>Roderick Williams-Small Forward-Magnolia-6'6” 2025</strong></p>

<p>Roderick Williams has had a tremendous summer on the camp circuit. He is a player that continues to raise his game each time he steps on the floor. Williams is a player that gets into the paint and can finish above the rim. He uses his power well to absorb contact and still finish with baskets. Williams does a great job of staying active on both ends of the floor. The work he has put in this summer helped earn him All UA Rise Honorable Mention Honors this week. Williams is a player to watch out for this upcoming season.</p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2481855' first='Maddox' last='Teeter']-Small Forward-Farmington-6'6” 2025</strong></p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='2481855' first='Maddox' last='Teeter'] can play any position on the floor for the Farmington Cardinals. He does a nice job of handling the basketball. Teeter is an unselfish player with the ball that has no problem making the extra pass to the open shooter. He is active on both ends of the floor and will battle for rebounds on both ends of the floor. Over the past few weeks, Teeter has earned scholarship offers from Arkansas Tech and Northeastern State. Teeter has the potential for a strong 2025 season and is a player to watch out for this season. </p>
