Well rounded guard, who looks to have benefited from competing with older brothers who shared a similar playing style. Followed up by excelling at the 15U level at against national competition on Nike's EYBL. Has good wiggle and shiftiness for his size, which makes him a handful off the dribble. The potential is there for him to become an electric scorer. Has good foundation to be an off the dribble shot maker. While there could be a scoring punch this season, a hard nose defensive mentality could help him earn minutes for the deep 5A State contenders.     Smooth guard with an all around game that should help him hit the ground running at guard heavy Putnam City North. Burst and athleticism is starting to come in, to add to his threat as a driver and should produce highlights around the rim. The ability to knock down catch and shoot shots will be crucial for him early in his high school career. The Panthers are DEEP with guards, and Gillispie adds to that as a potential building block for their first year head coach.     While Heskett hit some shots, he also did a couple things that stood out in the up and down camp setting. He was willing to make the simple but important aspect of actually pitching the ball ahead to teammates, setting up scoring opportunities. While also communicating a bit on defense. Along with the intangible aspects, did really like one of the textbook pump fakes he made to set up a good look.       Small town sharpshooter who knows how to attack weaknesses all over the court. While he can hit from distance, he does have a good handle and pace when attacking off the dribble. So when he does sense a mismatch or spot a gap, he will pressure and go. Guards like Owens can change games at the small school level, and will be interesting to keep tabs on him in year one at Roland. Another feather in the cap for Owens, he caught the eye of one the high school coaches working at the event who has coached his fair share of college guards.
