In this season of recruitment, there are a number of seniors who will get invites to various events. From elite camps to showcases, seniors will get to display their skills all over. Louisiana has a few seniors that should be on numerous radars inside and outside of the state. In this review of the 2025 class, we will look at a group of seniors that should be on college radars.

[player_tooltip player_id='2302363' first='Sharmal' last='Booker'] (Mansfield) - Booker has grown a couple of inches this summer. The range on his jumper has grown a couple of feet as well. Sharmal handles the ball well for the Wolverines. With the additional height, range, and his ball skills, he is a better player. Booker can shoot it from three (spot up or off the dribble) and is an underrated passer. He is a player coaches should keep their eye on.

[player_tooltip player_id='2409020' first='Jermarquis' last='Hampton'] (Haynesville) - Haynesville and basketball do not often mix. However, Jermarquis could be one who makes his name with the round ball. Hampton is good at creating space. He has the ability to create separation with dribble to shoot from the outside or to blow by ohers. His form is consistent and he makes more than he misses. Hampton is a gifted point guard who can be a difference maker.

[player_tooltip player_id='1596155' first='Nico' last='B Jones'] (Catholic BR) - Jones is one of the best point guards in the 2025 class. He is a state champion who knows how to play the game the right way. Jones can shoot, defend, and facilitate which makes him a viable threat anywhere on the floor. With his high basketball IQ, Nico makes plays others may not. He is just like a coach on the floor. A floor general.

[player_tooltip player_id='1492966' first='Lantavious' last='Murphy'] (Rayville) - They do not make basketball players like Murphy anymore. His former coach made that statement and he was right. Lantavious can do everything on the hardwood well. He can rebound, play point guard, be a wing shooter, or finish in transition. His all around basketball skill and athleticism is unmatched. Just roll out the ball and he will make it happen. A team that can keep him away from the gridiron will get a steal.

[player_tooltip player_id='1347266' first='Preston' last='Sanders'] (Zwolle) - Sanders is one of the most athletic off guards in the 2025 class. He has played a key role in back-to-back championship teams playing well on both ends of the floor. Transition is where Preston flourishes. His defense allows him to create havoc on one end while finishing above and through traffic at the basket. There is not a tougher, or better, off guard.

[player_tooltip player_id='2302326' first='Anthony' last='Thompson'] (AB Hannan) - Thompson is a lengthy defender who is disguised in a 6'4" shooter's body. He is a player who can defend while expanding the floor offensively from behind the arc. Anthony's ability to stretch the floor gives him an offensive advantage. Thompson rebounds the ball well and runs the floor well. His combination of skills makes him a player to watch before the season begins.

Seniors are still attempting to land with the right college program. While these five are no stranger to that, they are players who are battle tested in the Louisiana high school wars. They are players who should make a difference and should be on the radar of various college programs.
