He kicks off the list at No. 10 among NCHSAA 4A returners in 3-pointers made after making 55 3-pointers this past season. He shot 41 percent from 3-point range and returns looking to lead the Chargers in the Greater Metro Conference.

9) [player_tooltip player_id='2464040' first='Ben' last='Houpt'] | 6'4 Guard | South Mecklenburg High

Houpt is a name to get to know in the 2026 class out of South Mecklenburg High at the combo guard spot. He's a top returner to know on the 3-point front after knocking down 59 3-pointers this past season for the Sabres. He's a do-it-all guard who's shown one of his strengths to be his ability to knock down shots from deep. He's a junior prospect in the South Mecklenburg Conference to keep an eye on as a breakout name.

8) [player_tooltip player_id='2175566' first='Brady' last='Dunn'] | 5'10 Point Guard | Marvin Ridge High

Dunn is a rising point guard name to know out of Marvin Ridge High given his pedigree for knocking down shots from 3-point land. He returns at No. 8 in NCHSAA 4A after knocking down 60 3-pointers on 42 percent shooting as a junior with the Mavericks this past season. He's due for a strong senior year following a strong spring/summer on the grassroots and HS live period stage.

7) [player_tooltip player_id='2319820' first='Bryson' last='Mickey'] | 6'0 Guard | Davie County High

Mickey is an emerging guard for DII and DIII programs in the region to get to know out of Davie County High. He's a crafty guard prospect who's shown he can make things happen in a number of ways as a playmaker and 3-point marksman. He knocked down 61 3-pointers on 45 percent shooting this past season to the tune of 12.9 points per game. He's got a breakout season on the horizon as he looks to pick up on his offensive spurt to end last season.

6) [player_tooltip player_id='1754423' first='Israel' last='Eatman'] | 6'4 Shooting Guard/Wing | Green Level High

Eatman is a rising name to know in the NCHSAA 4A ranks out of Green Level High, especially after their historic 29-2 season. He returns at No. 6 in the region in 3-pointers made after draining 63 in 2023-24. He led the Gators in 3-point shooting while also shooting 51 percent from behind the arc. Given his size and abilities on both ends of the floor, he's a prospect for DII programs in the region to get to know.

5) [player_tooltip player_id='2415032' first='KJ' last='Ford'] | 6'0 Shooting Guard | Reagan High

Ford is a rising name to get to know in the 2025 class in the NCHSAA 4A ranks out of Reagan High. He knocked down 35 percent of his attempts from behind the arc this past season for the Spartans to the tune of 21.4 points per game.
