<p>Lewkowicz is one of a few names to get to know from Owen High in the NCHSAA 2A West region in the 2025 class. He averaged 4.4 assists per game for their backcourt this past season as a junior for the Warhorses and returns as a top returner in assists per game, according to MaxPreps. </p>

<p>Williams is a sizeable guard to get to know out of Washington High in the 2A East region. He posted 4.5 assists per game this past season for the PamPack and returns as one of a few playmaking names to know as top returners on the list. He's shown he can fill up the stat sheet in a number of ways as evidenced by his production of 11.6 points and 7.5 rebounds per game as well. He'll be a keypiece in their playmaking department and ten some this upcoming season. </p>

<p>Martin is a new face to get to know in the 2026 class out of Owen High in the NCHSAA 2A West region. He checks in in a tie for eighth place with [player_tooltip player_id='1832542' first='Carter' last='Motsinger'] (East Surry) and [player_tooltip player_id='2521056' first='Zion' last='White'] (Maiden) after dishing out 4.6 assists per contest this past season. He's a name to get to know in the Western Highlands Conference, especially after his assists production and production behind the arc. He knocked down 66 3-pointers from the field as a sophomore. He's due for a big junior year on the breakout front on the NCHSAA 2A stage.</p>

<p>Motsinger is another underclassman to get to know in the 2026 class out of East Surry High in the NCHSAA 2A West. He led the Cardinals to a third-place finish in the Foothills Conference with his playmaking ability, averaging 4.6 assists per game alongside a few other prospects as a top returner in a tie for eighth place. He's a top playmaker to get to know in the conference given his penchant for making things happen.</p>

<p>White is an emerging floor general to get to know on the PH platform out of Maiden High in the NCHSAA 2A West region. He checks in a in a tie for eighth as the top returner in assists after racking up 4.6 assists per game, where he ranked seventh in the region, according to MaxPreps. He's a new face to get to know in the 2025 class as an unsigned senior prospect.</p>

<p>Lewis is an underrated guard prospect to get to know out of Seaforth High. He checks in as the fifth-best returner alongside [player_tooltip player_id='2521101' first='Matthew' last='Lynch'] (West Stanly) with an assist average of 4.8 per contest. He showed he could be quite the presence in the Hawks backcourt given his ability to make things happen for others. After producing through 15 games in 2023-24, he'll look to go out with a bang in his final year of high school hoops.</p>

<p>Lynch is a new face on the PH radar out of West Stanly High in the 2A West to keep eyes on given his ability to make things happen for others. He checks in at a tie for fifth alongside [player_tooltip player_id='2521100' first='Noah' last='Lewis'] (Seaforth) following a season which saw him put up 4.8 assists per game, where he ranked fifth in the region, according to MaxPreps. He nearly finished with more assists (121) than points (124) in 2023-24 to show off his abilities as a junior and will look to prove a whole lot more in his senior year.</p>

<p>Atkins is a budding name to get to know in the NCHSAA 2A West out of North Surry High in the 2026 class. He's already a highly-rated baseball prospect but he's also shown off his ability to make plays in the backcourt for the Hounds varsity basketball squad. He checks in at No. 3 on the top returners list after distributing 5.2 assists per game. He's one to keep an eye on in the Foothills Conference after leading them to a first-place finish in the standings.</p>

<p>Smith is an emerging name to know in the NCHSAA 2A ranks in the 2026 class out of Washington High. He's an athletic lead guard who knows how to make things happen for himself and others. He checks in at second as the top assist man from a season ago after dishing out 6.4 assists per contest. His playmaking production ranks him 11th this past season in the state of North Carolina as he heads into his junior year with the Pam Pack with more development on the horizon as a DI prospect.</p>

<p>Neal returns as the top playmaker in the 2A ranks fresh off a sophomore season which saw him win a state title in both basketball and football in the NCHSAA. He's quite the dynamic playmaker with the ball in his hands as evidenced by his 10.7 assists per game, which ranked No. 1 in all of North Carolina and third nationally, according to MaxPreps. He also racked up 23 double-doubles, ranking him fifth in the state and 50th nationally, according to MaxPreps. He's a rising junior prospect with a bright future ahead of him and more accolades on the horizon as a DI point guard.</p>
