Lesly is listed as a shooting guard who showed his ability to score off the bounce. He scored well inside the arc and was at his best as long as he stayed within 1-2 dribbles and then got his shot up. His middle game was one of the more polished ones in the 2029 division. Lesly gave really good effort on both ends of the floor. Still, offensively, he has to get a stronger, more confident handle, and defensively, he has to work on pressuring without fouling, which happens when he gets overly aggressive.

He shot the ball well from behind the arc, showing his ability to produce with the long ball. He played with his head up, kept the ball moving, and showed a developing feel for the game. He showed driving ability, and if he could get better with his perimeter shot and his play off the bounce, he could have a good marriage between the two, which could lead to massive production.

He made really good decisions when he got into the paint, either calling his own number and finishing through contact or dishing off to his teammates for open looks. He has game instincts and a good feel for scoring. He is not the biggest, but he showed that he doesn't back down from a challenge.

Cedric is a small lead guard built like a little tank and is really physical off the bounce. He has two-way impact but has a lot of growth to do when it comes to his overall game. He competed and did not allow his miscues to affect his overall performance. Often, players get out of their identity in camp as they try to show off their game, and I believe that was the case at times with Ced. He forced action, which led to turnovers and bad shot selection. So, because of his play, it was hard to determine if he was a score-first or pass-first PG. However, he showed promise at the position as he can facilitate the offense.
