Prep Hoops has done it again, hosting another successful event in the sunshine state while providing a platform for rising student-athletes to showcase their skills. The PH Sophomore ID Camp was hosted in Longwood, FL on Saturday where prospects demonstrated their skills and competed with and against their peers. Let's get into Drew's Part IV breakdown of top performers throughout this event.

Not too many prospects who were as versatile combined with great size as rising prospect [player_tooltip player_id='2532293' first='Jonathan' last='Watts']. He stands tall at 6'7” and plays the wing with electric athleticism. As a 2027 prospect, he's got the kind of vertical leap that allows him to finish at the rim, even when making moves in traffic, like spinning past defenders. Each time I watched Watts, he looked increasingly at ease handling the ball. He's set to showcase those skills at Olympia, where he'll either lead or support the playmaking duties for a young squad. He also can be a defensive force, racking up blocks and deflections with the use of his length and athleticism. With continued growth and improved shooting, Watts has the potential to become a dynamic two-way player.

[player_tooltip player_id='2125485' first='Isaiah' last='Jenkins'] | CG | 2027 | Port Charlotte | @Izayahh_07

This kid has been on my radar since being a top standout last year at our PH Freshman Showcase and he's only progressed overall. Jenkins is another rising sophomore prospect who has been on the breakout list since the off-season. The 6-foot-2 product has a good build and understands how to use his body on the floor. He's overall a good player at all three levels and gives maximum effort on the boards. Jenkins can get it done on the offensive side while displaying his under-the-radar skills in ISO sets or moving around to find his spots. In defense, Jenkins forces steals which result in easy buckets on the other end. He's for sure one of the risers in the area and can be a focal piece on Port Charlotte's squad for years to come.

[player_tooltip player_id='2125499' first='Marcos' last='Alberich'] | G | 2027 | Miami Senior | MarcosAlberich3

Making his way all the way up from Miami to put on a show, [player_tooltip player_id='2125499' first='Marcos' last='Alberich'] finished the weekend as one of our top scoring performers. There always has to be a sniper perimeter shooter at our PH events and Alberich fit the description as he was on fire at one of our Freshman Showcase a season ago. He's not afraid to let it fly and was even on the last team to finish where he was still taking tough shots. A deadeye three-point shooter that you can't leave open or its hands down, man down. Alberich has himself a bright future and could generate some interest with consistent shooting heading into the fall.

[player_tooltip player_id='2126655' first='Luke' last='Holcomb'] | G | Class of 2027 | St. Johns Country Day | @Holcomb_Luke11

Holcomb was another three-point sniper that I left impressed with at the PH Freshman Showcase. The rising left-handed guard can get to the basket or spot up for perimeter daggers. Wasn't afraid to take tough shots and the basketball IQ are some of the things that stood out.

[player_tooltip player_id='2125477' first='Dylan' last='Reach'] | CG | Class of 2027 | St. Johns Country Day | @DylanReach4

Reach had one of the longer frames for 2027 guards that attended the event on Sunday. Reach is listed at 6'5, 180-pounds, and has plenty of time to work on his overall game. Had a few good buckets that I made note of. His untapped potential and ability to add to his frame makes Reach an intriguing prospect to watch develop.

Ayaan Bhadouriah | CG | 2027 | Carrollwood Day School | @AyaanBhadouria

Bhadouria stood out this past weekend at the PH Sophomore ID Camp with his well-rounded game. He's a solid ball handler and a reliable shooter, consistently finding ways to get into the paint. Bhadouria's size gives him an edge in finishing strong at the rim where he was able to draw fouls while converting and-1 opportunities. His court vision and decision-making make him a versatile playmaker, creating scoring chances for himself and his teammates. Defenders struggled to contain him, as he can hurt them from outside or attack the basket with ease. Bhadouria is a promising player with a complete skill set.
