When I saw him in June, he showed his ability to score from all levels, and he will have to carry a heavier load this upcoming season. There are a lot of questions surrounding how good the Dragons will be with a youthful roster and an under 6'0 guard probably being their leading scorer. He is a talented backcourt prospect who is tough off the bounce. His scoring prowess will take a lot of attention off [player_tooltip player_id='1342754' first='Devon' last='McKinnon'] and force opponents to have to defend Clay's talented backcourt without being able to offer any help. He has battled some injuries, but word from his camp is that he should be ready to go once the season starts as long as there are no setbacks. He is a talent who will impact both ends of the floor, and if he can get more consistent with his perimeter game, he is going to be another weapon that is hard to defend on a loaded Ramsay squad.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph {"fontSize":"medium"} --> <p class="has-medium-font-size">&nbsp;<strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2194862' first='Jack' last='Boehm']</strong> (CG/'27/Altamont HS)</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph {"fontSize":"medium"} --> <p class="has-medium-font-size">The rankings were already set to go before seeing Jack at the #UABEliteCamp, and I have to admit, if the rankings were still in edit mode after the camp, then Jack would definitely be higher. He really proved himself at the camp. With his scoring ability in a gym that had some high-level talent, he looked as though he definitely belonged.
