The region of New England is very rich and vibrant in basketball talent. There are sometimes too many players to talk about and cover. This leads to some awesome players worthy of the spotlight, not getting the recognition they deserve to some extent. Today, I'm here to change that by bringing to attention some underrated rising seniors in the class of 2025.

[player_tooltip player_id='2325851' first='Chris' last='Leman'] is a stretch four forward who can shoot the rock from the perimeter. He's got a sweet left-handed stroke, and combined with plus shot mechanics, make him dangerous in catch-and-shoot scenarios. With good size, Leman can finish and slam dunks at the rim and use his touch to score in the mid-range area. In the limited times I have seen him handling the ball, he looks comfortable and steady. Leman's defense is also quite good as a weak-side rim protector and uses his length for deflections and rejections. Overall, the offensive tools he displays at his size along with the other flashes of potential he brings to the table make him a must-watch for coaches and programs going forward.

[player_tooltip player_id='2685923' first='Elijah' last='Parker'] is a stat-stuffing guard who can make an impact in a variety of different and functional ways. As the offensive engine, he can make smart passes to his teammates for easy buckets while maintaining a tight handle at all times. Parker can shoot off the bounce from three and hit open shots off the catch in the corners. Rebounding-wise, he is an absolute menace on the boards and will constantly follow his shots for putbacks, putting in the extra effort. Defensively, he will create turnovers with a good point-of-attack stance and quick twitch arms. This is a player who will do everything in his power for his team to win and should be appreciated by coaches and programs needing a contributor.

[player_tooltip player_id='2325872' first='Jules' last='Varin'] is a floor-spacing off-ball guard whose shooting from beyond the arch is very dangerous. A lefty, he has a great base and follow-through on his shot which helps him hit threes at an above-average clip. Off the catch, Varin is hard to stop as he gets open with good location skills around the perimeter. An underrated part of his game is attacking close-outs on occasion, using his great touch to finish at the rim, and confusing defenders making himself more unpredictable as a result. Defensively, Varin attacks the passing lanes while taking his turnovers and creating offense from those said turnovers. The shooting is the main selling point with his game overall however, and should be someone who will be very attractive to coaches needing a floor spacer.

[player_tooltip player_id='2396796' first='Jayden' last='Kim'] is a point guard who is very well-rounded as a basketball player. On the offense end, he can shoot from deep both off the dribble and off the catch while also finishing his drives at the rim. Kim can play make for others, having a good understanding and sense of double teams. He whips passes to the perimeter for open shooters and can run the pick-and-roll at a high level. Kim also competes hard on the defensive end of the court, picking up the opposing lead ball handler and acting as a pest for the ball. The word to describe his game in full is what I would like to call, mature. Coaches and programs needing a stabilizing force in their guard room should highly consider Kim as an option.

[player_tooltip player_id='2325774' first='Trey' last='Rezendes'] is a creative shot-creating guard who plays a very instinctual game. Shooting off the bounce is his specialty, creating room for himself with quick hips, good ball skills, and decisive movements. Rezendes gets his shot off with an ultra-quick release and high vertical jump which looks very rabbit-like. No shot is too difficult for him and can take pull-up threes up to runners in the mid-range. Rezendes also can push the pace using his vision and finding open teammates on the run. Defensively, he competes like a maniac diving on the ground for loose balls and using his fast hands to steal the ball away. Rezendes' confidence and fire in his belly are the basis of how he plays the game and should be a favorite for coaches needing a sparkplug.

[player_tooltip player_id='2325869' first='David' last='Dix'] is a tough-minded point guard who does not let his lack of size affect him much. He is fearless on his drives to the basket and loves finishing through contact with determination and grit. Dix's quick-twitch athleticism and superb ball handling make him hard to stop when he gets going in the half-court. He can score with runners off the bounce and hit open threes when left wide open. Dix can run an offense by finding the right teammates at the right moments, looking confident and under control at all times. I also appreciate the moxy he displays and the defensive intensity he puts forth even if his size limitations will always be the case on that end. A total winner, any team would be lucky to have him.

[player_tooltip player_id='2452999' first='Flo' last='Von Allwoerden'] is a big forward with an enticing overall offensive toolbox. The first thing that stands out is his shooting, especially from the mid-range area. Allwoerden's touch is excellent and his form is very smooth and repeatable, making him dangerous when given the tiniest bit of space to work with. This shooting also translates off the ball from deep, knocking down corner threes at a high rate and helping the spacing for their offense to thrive. Allwoerden has also shown flashes of passing and high-level decision-making on the move on the open floor, finding teammates for easy scores. The offense he provides at his size makes him a very helpful asset to any college program and coach looking for a higher-upside forward.

[player_tooltip player_id='2546775' first='Quintin' last='Floyd'] is a shot-creating point guard who loves to get to his spots with ease. Smooth with the ball in his hands, his stop-and-start style works to his advantage by controlling the pace on the court and finishing at the basket. Floyd can shoot from anywhere with pristine shot mechanics and loves to create his own shot off the bounce from mid-range and three. Off the ball, he is also very valuable spacing the floor everywhere around the perimeter. Floyd is also a willing passer, taking advantage of double teams and whipping one-handed passes to shooters on the outside. He is a player who pops from a skill and presence standpoint and should be highly coveted by programs and coaches alike.
