Yes, Garcia has a few offers, including from the University of Nebraska at Kearney. However, I still feel he is being undervalued with the skillset and experience he brings to the table. Garcia has the size, post skills and touch on the ball to be a potent weapon for any college. His ability to play with his back to the basket and use his footwork with a soft touch allows him to score in multiple ways in the painted area. He is multi-faceted and can play a big stretch role, drawing defenders out from the basket and knocking down threes. The Thunderbirds have a unique ability to create unselfish players, who accept roles within the team for the betterment of the team. This can lead to stars not shining as bright as they should. He is a big wing player that is deadly from deep whether it is a spot up or in transition. His ability to shoot with a high percentage from the arc causes quick closeouts, allowing Farrington to use pump fakes to blow past defenders to create layup opportunities or kickouts from defenses collapsing. Farrington has gotten stronger allowing him to rebound effectively, generating second-chance opportunities for his team. He is an active defender who applies solid pressure and generates turnovers getting his hands into passing lanes.
