, showcasing a versatile game in a Bellevue West offense that leans on strategic game plans. He’s a major threat in the post, a knockdown shooter from the outside, and adept at securing rebounds, finishing through contact with putbacks. He is a walking bucket. Garcia has an unselfish mindset but can dominate a game when needed. Like many top prospects, he still holds untapped potential—making him a future star that a program will be thrilled to develop.

Yes, Garcia is ranked high in the PH Rankings. Yes, Garcia has a few offers, including from the University of Nebraska at Kearney. However, I still feel he is being undervalued with the skillset and experience he brings to the table. Garcia has the size, post skills and touch on the ball to be a potent weapon for any college. His ability to play with his back to the basket and use his footwork with a soft touch allows him to score in multiple ways in the painted area. He is multi-faceted and can play a big stretch role, drawing defenders out from the basket and knocking down threes. The Thunderbirds have a unique ability to create unselfish players, who accept roles within the team for the betterment of the team. This can lead to stars not shining as bright as they should. I believe Garcia is a star that will outshine many others this year.

Garcia is a forward with the size and traits that schools at a number of levels will like. His game fits within any team concept. A smooth post scorer that can protect the rim and guard multiple positions. He has great feet for his size. There’s going to be a host of schools that see upside in him as a stretch four down the road. Currently, he’s an impact rim runner and someone that scores with plenty of efficiency.

In the paint, Garcia proved to be a dominant force. His ability to control the boards, highlighted this game by notching a double-double with 10 rebounds. He showcased his versatility and impact on both ends of the floor. Garcia’s post moves, complemented by a towering presence on the defensive end, makes him a key asset for Bellevue West’s front court. Anchor for the Thunderbirds down low, he does an excellent job protecting the rim and clogging the middle.

Garcia is a is super efficient forward who can get a bucket from all three levels. He is a fantastic shooter from three and mid-range consistently making defenders pay for leaving him open. Rebounding and the ability to push the ball in transition are two things that stand out immediately when watching this young man play. He is also a strong interior finisher making him a player to watch this season for sure. Garcia currently holds no offers but by the end of this high school season that will change guaranteed.

, Bellevue West and ETG standout Forward, had a great summer on the Adidas Circuit. Garcia is a strong, physical prospect with a high motor and great passion for the game. At 6’7, he is a tough guy to guard in the interior, but can also step outside and knock down the catch and shoot three. After a state championship run last season in Class A, Garcia will look to help lead the Thunderbirds to a repeat under a new head coach. Garcia is a Division 1 prospect.
