Sunday's slate was filled with championship and consolation games that gave prospects one last chance to show what they can do. Here's who did just that:

[player_tooltip player_id='2500795' first='Seth' last='Gaye'] | 5'10 G [program_tooltip program_id='2078709' first='Team' last='Final'] Black 15U

The under-the-radar sophomore put relentless pressure on the rim off-the-dribble. After cashing a pull-up from the second level of the defense, Gaye drove to score at the cup and didn't settle for jumpers inside the arc. Going right or left, he attacked open space before finishing through contact. Gaye drilled a three late to lead his team with 19 points, plus 3 boards and 2 assists.

[player_tooltip player_id='2093823' first='David' last='Maddrey-Rylander'] | 6'1 G 2026 [program_tooltip program_id='2078566' first='East' last='Coast Cyclones'] 16U

The Cyclones jumped on LA Elite quickly with an aerial assault led by Maddrey-Rylander. His teammates found him earlier and often for corner threes. He balanced out the trio of jumpers from behind the arc by cashing in on a runner and making plays for others. So racked up 11 points, 2 assists, and a block to put his team up by 20 in the first half. Maddrey-Rylander drove for another layup in the second, then put the game on cruise control.

[player_tooltip player_id='1287319' first='Ben' last='Natal'] | 6'2 G 2025 York Ballers 17U

Natal had White Mamba defenders on ice as he skated to the rim early on in the 17U championship. He changed speeds and directions as he got to reverse layups, inside hand finishes, and floaters. Any finish Natal needed, he had in his bag. Then in the second half, when the shots stopped falling, he contributed with his quick decision-making and crucial plays on defense. He tallied 11 points, 6 rebounds, 5 assists, and 1 block.

[player_tooltip player_id='1466599' first='Chase' last='Smucker'] | 6'0 G 2025 York Ballers 17U

Despite scoring only 3 points, Smucker may have been his team's most important player against White Mambas as he led them in rebounds (7) and assists (6). He had their offense clicking, setting up DHOs and hitting teammates in stride as they rolled or cut to the rim. Smucker also made plays on defense by crashing the boards in key moments and getting a couple steals that helped his team come out on top.

[player_tooltip player_id='2438097' first='Cam' last='Sweeney'] | 6'2 G 2026 [program_tooltip program_id='2428018' first='Sideline' last='Cancer'] 16U

It was a tale of two halves for Sweeney in the 16U semifinals versus Team Attack Sigma. In the first, he torched the defense with his pull-up jumper, hitting two middies and a three, and in transition for 16 points. He flipped the script in the second half, stepping on defense and making plays off-ball. Sweeney rebounded well throughout, finishing with 19 points, 7 boards, 4 assists, and 3 steals.

[player_tooltip player_id='2427983' first='Cole' last='Trn'] | 6'0 G 2027 [program_tooltip program_id='2428018' first='Sideline' last='Cancer'] 16U

Trn's hustle plays and scoring inside the paint against Team Attack Sigma had SC up 4 going into the break. He attacked the basket off the bounce and effectively generated fastbreak opportunities. But the lead ballooned to 19 points when he let the chopper sing in the second. Trn came out blasting, firing home two threes off-the-catch and a pull-up, plus a layup off of another drive. He totaled 19 points, 5 rebounds, and 3 steals.
