On Saturday, I visited Forsyth Country Day to catch some of the action. Ja excels in these areas for Davidson Day and will be crucial for the team's success. He consistently gets paint touches, makes smart reads, and has an efficient mid-range game. He plays off two feet well and scores efficiently against bigger defenders. He displays a good IQ, moves well without the ball, makes correct reads, and uses his length effectively on the defensive end. Daniel scores well in transition, whether getting to the rim or spotting up. He brings toughness on the defensive end, doesn't shy away from doing the dirty work to get stops, and guards the perimeter well with his speed and strength.
