EHA X Made Cali-Live Session II: 2025

PH NorCal was in Southern California for the Cali-Live Session II, Summer Showcase Saturday July 13. We spent the day looking at NorCal players who played well while we were watching. There were plenty we didn't see, with more than 15 courts operating at the same time. Here are the 2025's who stood out.    He's new to us. He plays a solid floor game, no flash, good fundamentals. He takes care of the ball, moving it around the perimeter without wasting dribbles. He's an excellent passer with vision delivering quality passes to the post from different angles, bounce passes, lobs. He can knock down open 3's.     He's a rising prospect who's had a breakout Spring and now Summer. He's a versatile player that has effect on both ends. He can handle, pass, penetrate and finish in different ways. He has lengthy arm and good movement defending his position. He's growing and still filling his frame.     Moore is working a bit under the radar. He's been a steady prospect who continues to add pieces to his game. He'll knock down open 3's from the corners on the catch and shoot. He's using his body more often on the drive in withstanding the hits and finishing. He's a good rebounding guard who can push, and pass.     He's an experienced, reliable guard that understands how he can be a contributor. He's a 5'9 combo guard who can hit 3's spotting up around the perimeter, or coming down in transition. He's fast pushing, and looking in transition. He's a pass first guard who moves it. He has good foot speed for ball pressure.     Standing 6'6 with good ball handling and vision, he often brings the ball up court, running and settling the offense in half-court. He's had success putting up jump shots in the paint. He works the mid, and high post areas. He rebounds, defends on the perimeter. He'll finish with dunks in transition.     A good ball handling guard who likes to play fast, he pushes hard in transition looking to make the pass or go all the way. He can settle things in half-court, he goes hard to the basket from the perimeter, takes his open jumpers. He's underrated as a defender, using quick feet, lateral movement, and intensity out on the perimeter.     He's an active wing type prospect that helps with rebounding, and defending in the post. He does a good job of filling lanes in transition, staying wide getting to the corners for 3's, or finishing with layups. He's got a jab step drive along the baseline, he uses screens, and a dribble free himself up for 3ptrs, along the top and perimeter.
