Don't sag off him defensively though, because he will shoot it right in your face. He has great touch around the rim when he's playing the big man role, strong hands on the catch and can power through contact when necessary. Adams puts in a good deal of work finding separation from his defender outside of the paint. His high-level footwork gives him the ability to almost seal his defender off with a stride past them and giving him the separation needed to get clean looks at the basket in one-on-one situations. He's more of a combo wing than anything, with ball-handling skills an a secondary helper when needed. Serrano can shoot the ball extremely well and seemingly shoots better with the defense right up in his face. He throws his body around and attacks both the glass and the rim with reckless abandon. He's a powerful dunker and strong finisher in the paint. Defensively, his instincts are still a work in progress but he's shown some flashes getting his fingertips on shot attempts to alter shots. He's quick breaking down defenses and beating defenders. All about the paint touch on the drives to draw in defenders and kick to teammates on the move. Really makes great drop-offs to the dunker spot when the post player steps up in coverage and leaves the baseline open. He also stops on a dime and has a great floater game.
