Our post-spring update of the Class of 2026 rankings is complete and a number of new names have been added to the list. Here's a look at some of the top perimeter players who make their debut.

31 - [player_tooltip player_id='2354384' first='Wyatt' last='Horner'], Redmond - The highest-ranking newcomer is Horner, who had a breakout sophomore season with Redmond helping lead the Panthers to the 5A state tournament. He led the team in scoring at 14.7 points per game, shooting it well from the perimeter at over 37 percent from three and over 50 percent overall. Also a football standout, the 6-foot-3 athlete has good size on the wing and is primed to have an even bigger junior campaign.

34 - [player_tooltip player_id='2411676' first='Donovan' last='Miller'], Central Catholic - Miller largely played JV at Central Catholic last season but will get the opportunity on the varsity squad. Playing with Team P.A.C.E. so far this spring, the lanky 6-foot-3 wing has been able to flash his ability to knock down shots with range as well as create a little off the bounce. The upside is high with the rising junior who can score in a hurry.

42 - [player_tooltip player_id='1602196' first='Rafael' last='Ochoa'], McKay - Technically not a total newcomer, Ochoa returns to the Class of 2026 rankings after starting last season at a prep school in California. The 6-foot-3 guard is back home in Oregon and will be at McKay next season, where he could potentially be an impact player. He's a good athlete with some bounce to his step.

60 - [player_tooltip player_id='2466709' first='Aaidyn' last='Bokuro'], Newport - Our initial viewing of Bokuro came this summer in a literal who is this guy kind of moment. The lanky 6-foot-2 guard was jetting up and down the court and finishing plays at the rim in the spring for Albany Elite and it warranted a specific inquiry to head coach Oreon Courtney for his player's info. We want to see more of who could be one of the biggest sleepers in the class.

82 - [player_tooltip player_id='2205007' first='Tate' last='Kullberg'], La Salle - We first saw Kullberg play in 2023-24 with La Salle, late in the year when he started getting more time in the playing rotation. The 6-foot guard knocked down open shots and impressed with his all-around play and feel for the game. He could very well be a starter for head coach Sean Kelly in 2024-25.

86 - [player_tooltip player_id='2144832' first='Daniel' last='Hailey'], Tualatin - After excelling on JV last season, Hailey will move up to varsity this next season and provide depth at the guard position for Tualatin. The 5-foot-11 guard is a good athlete, shoots it fairly well, and plays with good energy.
