#18 [player_tooltip player_id='1625085' first='Dayler' last='Segrist']

I'm very high on Segrist, and he makes a big jump in the rankings, landing at #18. He's a long point guard for Rapid City Stevens that can play off the ball and is a top 10 shooter in the state, by my opinion. He was an honorable mention Class AA All-State player this past season. A complete two-way guard that uses positioning and length, defensively.

#22 [player_tooltip player_id='1414922' first='Evan' last='Stormo']

Stormo and Hamlin won a state championship with a stacked roster, and Stormo might not be given due credit because he's at 10.5 ppg. and not 15-20 ppg. Stormo competes on the court and plays hard on both ends. He defends at a high level and averaged 6.5 rpg. Moves extremely well and fluid. 49% from the field and they graduated Stevenson, so there's opportunity for a big uptick in scoring for Stormo. He can make shots from three and get hot. He could easily be implanted into a breakout candidate article. He's with [program_tooltip program_id='2250291' first='Hoop' last='City South Dakota'] and at Prep Hoops Stomping Grounds he was performing and being productive. He looked quick and explosive.

#30 [player_tooltip player_id='2075359' first='Simon' last='Kieffer']

It sounds like Kieffer is a football stud. He's uses his athleticism and ball skills on the basketball court as well. Erupted in the State A Tournament and put up some big scoring games, and showed an abundance of aggression as a shooter and scorer. Per MaxPreps, his season averages were 16.0 ppg., 4.6 rpg., 4.7 app., and 2.0 stl.

#38 [player_tooltip player_id='2344564' first='Moshe' last='Richmond']

Moshe is built physically like a college football hybrid TE/WR. A muscular and athletic build with good size. He moves extremely well on the court for his size. He moves around defensively like a point guard. Can get up and dunk the ball in transition. An offensive slasher that can finish at the hoop. For Wolsey-Wessington, Richmond was a big producer at 19.1 ppg., 5.5 rpg., and 2.4 stl.

#41 [player_tooltip player_id='1623797' first='Brendan' last='Phillips']

Aberdeen Central will be looking for a couple guys to breakout this year for them to be successful. I think Phillips has a shot at a decent breakout for them. He was ascending all season long and earning more and more opportunities. Could hit 14-16 ppg.

#43 [player_tooltip player_id='2305711' first='Luke' last='Baumberger']

Bouncy, athletic, and long wing. An easy and explosive jumper that dunks with ease. Needs to pick up his offensive aggression this season for Castlewood. Could be in store for a mini breakout.
