Though the high school basketball season concludes, there are plenty of notable underclassmen prospects who deserve recognition for their production. Prep Hoops will provide various editions of true stock risers from the 2025-2028 classes. Let's get into a list of “Next Up” risers.

[player_tooltip player_id='1879504' first='Patrick' last='Liburd'] | SG | Class of 2025 | Sagemont Prep | @rickyluburd_10

A true rising prospect, Liburd lit it up during the spring and summer AAU periods and has brought his A-game during the summer session while landing a Dartmouth offer. He's a tough and physical guard who can attack the basket or use his size to finish strong at the rim. Has seen a recent uptick in college interest but can really see a huge jump with a consistent and productive senior campaign.

[player_tooltip player_id='1620359' first='Jeremy' last='Nixon'] | G | 2025 | Kathleen | @JeremyNixon_

Nixon is one of the more underrated 2025 prospects not just in Polk but the entire state. He jumps out of the gym when watching his film while using his 6'5 frame to dominate smaller guards and flash his smooth knock-down jump shot. Nixon is a potential wing/guard at the next level that will be a true scoring threat as he continues to develop. He currently holds an offer from Edward Waters but will keep an eye on his recruitment moving forward.

[player_tooltip player_id='1293157' first='Austin' last='Leslie'] | G | 2025 | The Rock | @_AustinLeslie4

College coaches who are looking for a guard prospect with a 6-7 frame who can handle the rock and shoot the lights out, get eyes on this kid [player_tooltip player_id='1293157' first='Austin' last='Leslie'] who helped The Rock School take home the Sunshine Independent Athletic Association trophy this season. This kid can use his size to finish at the rim or create space for his shot. About time for colleges to wake up to the upside potential he brings. Keep an eye on his progression as we wrap up the summer session.

Landen Harwood | CG | 2025 | Lake Worth Christian | @landen_harwood

2023 stats: 27.2 ppg – 7.9 rpg – 3.5 apg – 3.9 spg

This kid has done nothing but produce for his high school this season while leading the state for 2025s in scoring and shooting 51% from the field while doing so. The 6-3 rising junior has been a consistent and reliable producer who media outlets have slept on. He deserves recognition for his play and should generate some college interest.

Zay Mosley | CG/Wing | 2025 | Winter Haven | @darealzaymosley

Replacing some lost production with kids like Mosley who is a versatile scoring threat that provides solid outside shooting will be crucial throughout the season. Have been impressed with his explosiveness and willingness to defend and rebound during an offseason tournament. An important year for his overall development at the Prep level as he possesses a college-ready frame at 6-6, 208-pounds with time to add to his bag of skills.
