The Prep Hoops Missouri June Team Camp Tour was in Cape Girardeau to watch the Rib City Classic. Here is a look at some of the Missouri teams at the event.

Mexico: After advancing to the Class 4 state quarterfinals last season, the Bulldogs look to have another strong squad. They really shot it well in a victory over Cape Notre Dame. The top offensive threat is 6'2 2025 guard [player_tooltip player_id='1563225' first='Jaydon' last='Eldridge'], who is a potent three level scorer with good athleticism. Charlie Fisher is a 2025 point guard with a high basketball IQ and a strap from 3-point range while 6'3 2026 [player_tooltip player_id='2536491' first='Kaden' last='Benne'] is an athletic wing who can also shoot it. Holding down the post is physical 6'5 2025 Holden Aulbur.

*******

Hazelwood East: The Spartans have a good blend of experience mixed in with some talented youngsters. The top young player is 6'8 2027 forward [player_tooltip player_id='2334950' first='Tyran' last='Frazier'], who has a nice inside-outside game. Fellow 2027 Carl Crawford is a 6'3 guard with a smooth shooting stroke. There is good experience in the backcourt in 2025s [player_tooltip player_id='2544913' first='Jaylen' last='Vance'] and Brian Lee. Vance is an ultra quick scoring threat while Lee is a power guard who uses his thick body to muscle his way into the lane.

*******

Jackson: The Indians were a little short handed with a number of players at a football camp, but they still picked up a couple of wins. They still had the presence of 6'6 2025 wing [player_tooltip player_id='2120369' first='Kole' last='Deck'] and his potent long distance shooting. [player_tooltip player_id='2414253' first='Lee' last='Ivy'] is a 6'4 2025 forward who provided some good physical play and rebounding inside. I was also impressed with a pair of young players in 6'4 2027 shooter Tatum Pohlman and skilled 6'6 2028 forward [player_tooltip player_id='2564266' first='John' last='Ernst'].

******

Cuba: The Wildcats won 16 games and played for a district title last season. They have some impressive pieces back in 6'1 2025 guard [player_tooltip player_id='2544928' first='Jesse' last='Elrod'] and 6'5 2025 forward [player_tooltip player_id='2544925' first='Preston' last='Heads']. Elrod is a dynamic point guard who stays on the attack while Heads is a skilled big who can shoot it from distance. Kaleb Herr is a 6'6 2026 forward with length and good potential.

******

Cape Notre Dame: The Bulldogs have a very capable backcourt in 2025s Colton Johnson and Logan Landewee. Johnson is one of the top perimeter shooters in the SEMO area while Landewee is a quick point guard who distributes the ball well. Brett Dohogne is a 6'4 2025 forward who can score inside with some crafty moves.

******

St. Vincent: The Indians were a Class 2 district championship team last year. They have some nice young players to build around, led by 6'3 2026 [player_tooltip player_id='2536437' first='Max' last='Wheeler'], an all around player who facilitates offense and scores. [player_tooltip player_id='2383686' first='Colden' last='Prost'] is a talented 2027 point guard who can shoot the ball. [player_tooltip player_id='2383810' first='Case' last='Huber'] is another 2027 guard who can play.
