There were no shortage of standouts from the first session of Philly Live. Yet there were even more unheralded prospects who flashed. So here are six of those names worth keeping tabs on:

[player_tooltip player_id='2247328' first='Jonas' last='Chester'] | 6'7 F 2026 Coatesville

He doesn't have the sturdiest frame, but Chester plays with the right mentality as a rim protector. Whether he was in man or in zone, the wiry forward aggressively rotated to contest everything at the rim. And despite not being asked to much on offense, other than rebound, he flashed some skill. Chester drained a corner three and hit floaters to help his team beat King's Fork.

[player_tooltip player_id='2461954' first='Taj'mir' last='Handy'] | 6'1 G 2026 Milford

When he lifted the Bucs past Cheltenham, Handy won with his jumper and his athleticism. He knew when to use his jumper, pulling up off of one or no dribble at all. Then, he showed some explosiveness on fastbreaks. On one sequence, Handy casually jumped a pass, then, in a couple bounces, threw down the one-hand dunk.

[player_tooltip player_id='2391481' first='JJ' last='Lebo'] | 6'2 G 2025 Cumberland Valley

Without putting up crazy numbers, Lebo stood out for his feel for the game. He enhanced every lineup he was part of with his ball movement and floor spacing. Unafraid to get his hands dirty, Lebo contributed on the boards as well. So whether he scored in the single digits or in the teens, Lebo was intriguing as a role player.

[player_tooltip player_id='2251323' first='Elijah' last='Perez'] | 6'7 F 2026 La Academia

A big man who wanted to play big, Perez consistently cleaned the glass and set good screens before diving or rolling to the basket. He posted up on the block and called for the ball, whether he had a mismatch or not. From there, he showed he can score over either shoulder. Then, when he wasn't in the play/action, Perez made himself available for dump offs that he finished with dunks.

[player_tooltip player_id='2473603' first='Peja' last='Strobl'] | 6'3 G 2026 Upper St. Clair

As USC's defacto point guard, Strobl had to toggle between getting the Panthers into their offense and getting shots for himself. But when the ball was moving and found its way back to him, good things happened. He shot active attacking off the catch and shooting off of screens. Sometimes it was DHOs and other times it was running off-ball into the shot. Either way, Strobl put the chopper on display.

[player_tooltip player_id='2352455' first='Tarrance' last='Williams'] | 6'6 F/C 2026 Dover

Although Williams has a solid, filled-out body, he still has some flexibility and agility for a big man. After ripping down defensive rebounds, he showed that he can grab-and-go, pushing the rock in transition all on his own. Williams provided hints at the potential to stretch the floor one day too, taking a few threes and making one. And he did all that while being committed to blocking shots rebounding on offense.
