The strength of his game is undoubtedly his shooting, and if he stays consistent, he will be an added weapon that opponents will have to account for when facing the Bucs.

He has length, and even though he is not the biggest when it comes to playing on the inside, he battles on both ends of the floor, especially on the glass. I say this often: he is undersized but can compete at his listed positions inside the state. He rebounds outside his area, challenges shots at the rim, and makes hustle plays.

In the game, I saw him compete; he constantly hurt the opponents with his constant penetration into the paint. He is a small guard but has good vision and passing skills. He controlled the pace, showed his burst off the bounce, his shifty handles, and his ability to finish with his floater game in the paint. He was efficient in both facilitating and scoring and showed a lot of promise.

Devonte is a small and young backcourt talent who scores it well at all levels. He shot the ball really well from behind the arc, and his scoring will be needed as his squad enters into next season, starting four sophomores. He also showed a knack for getting to the rim, utilizing his low center of gravity to knife his way through defenders and finish at the cup with his crafty finishing skills. Devonte showed an impressive combination as a playmaker and scorer and will be key to the offensive production of his squad.

There was a lot of noise surrounding Braylon his freshman year, and now, with a year under his belt on the high school level, the expectations will still be there, but the basketball community will see a more settled prospect, as he showed at the playdate. He has positonal size and length that creates problems on both ends of the floor. He has versatility on both sides of the floor, as well as scoring versatility. He has potential as a mis-match threat on the inside and on the perimeter. He can put the rock on the floor, score off the bounce, and score on the low block. One area of growth for Braylon is his strength. He has to get stronger in order to maximize his skill set.
