[player_tooltip player_id='1226603' first='Tre' last='McKinnon'] headed to App State

Lake Norman High standout [player_tooltip player_id='1226603' first='Tre' last='McKinnon'] is off the board in the 2025 class and headed to Appalachian State in the Sun Belt Conference. McKinnon currently sits at the #21 spot in the current rankings after producing 15.4 PPG, 4.3 RPG and 1.1 SPG at Lake Norman High this past season and has been quite the name to know for [program_tooltip program_id='2078535' first='Team' last='Charlotte'] on the grassroots scene this spring. He is the Mountaineers' first commitment of the 2025 class which isn't bad given Lake Norman's recent run to the NCHSAA 4A Final Four. His addition to the future plans of Appalachian State gives them a solid two-way wing prospect who can make things happen on both ends of the floor. He'll have maximum focus heading into his senior year with his commitment now.

He's putting up 13.1 PPG and 2.0 APG on 41.4 percent shooting from deep through three EYBL sessions.
[player_tooltip player_id='1409583' first='Chadlyn' last='Traylor'] adds more D1s to his growing list of offers

Fresh off a NCHSAA 4A State Title, 6-foot-3 point guard [player_tooltip player_id='1409583' first='Chadlyn' last='Traylor'] has seen his name start to blossom on the UAA stage following Session II with [program_tooltip program_id='2225832' first='Team' last='Curry']. Drexel, Coastal Carolina, and Charlotte are the latest college programs on the DI level to offer him for his services. He's an electric floor general given his ability to knock down shots from behind the arc and make things happen in the open court. He was a pivotal piece for [program_tooltip program_id='2225832' first='Team' last='Curry'] this past weekend in handing Middlesex Magic their first loss in UAA play with 23 points, five assists and two steals in a 76-72 victory. He's building quite the resume as his stock continues to grow in North Carolina's 2025 class. He knocked down a game-winner to seal a 20-point performance in a victory over Atlanta Express to kick off Session II as well. He's up to eight offers on the DI stage as the June HS period quickly approaches!
