I had the opportunity to watch action from Owen's Chippewa Valley Select team a couple of times over the weekend. He shot a high percentage from three throughout and took opportunities to drive to the rim and score when available. He moves well without the ball and positions himself to catch and shoot with consistent rhythm. In addition to scoring close to 20 points in one of the games I watched, he added some assists, rebounds and demonstrated solid ball-handling.

Sniper. Marvin took the floor for Bradley Elite 2026 and immediately knocked down three triples. He added a couple more throughout the game, shooting well over 50% from beyond the arc. He did this in limited minutes due to a lopsided score, which resulted in him playing roughly half the game. At 5'11" his game features mostly perimeter scoring, but he did use his quickness and superior handle to drive baseline and score with a smooth and impressive finish from under the backboard.

Caleb displayed the ability to score in a variety of ways for [program_tooltip program_id='2503195' first='Diamond' last='Hoops']. He has a nice look to his catch and shoot from the corner and has the athleticism to slash and attack the rim or create, as illustrated by a nice reverse lay-in on a drive from the corner. Caleb can also penetrate and pull-up from midrange, adding another layer to his offensive repertoire. He creates scoring opportunities for himself by running the floor with purpose. A highlight moment for Caleb came Saturday afternoon when he secured a steal at half-court and exploded for a powerful one-handed jam over a defender on the break.

Playing for [program_tooltip program_id='2517147' first='Wisconsin' last='Breakaway'] 2027, Isaiah used his long frame to attack the basket repeatedly. While he showed the ability to hit shots from the outside, he scored the bulk of his points through driving. In many cases he converted, whether through a straight-line attack or a spin move, but he also showed a knack for drawing fouls. Isaiah spent a lot of time at the charity stripe and racked up point after point by shooting an extremely high percentage there. He complemented his offensive abilities with good hustle and solid defense.

I saw Pierce score in a variety of ways and at all three levels over the course of two games on Saturday and Sunday. He shot the ball well from beyond the arc, ran the court well for transition points and took advantage of matchups when he had them in the paint. Pierce drove the lane as well, sometimes resulting in points at the rim, while he also flashed a nice turnaround jumper in the lane. He finished through contact on several occasions and moved well without the ball, cutting and converting assists from his teammates. He was also an active defender who didn't shy away from rebounding duties.
