[player_tooltip player_id='2306139' first='Logan' last='Boyce'] - The 2026 RCB point guard has set the court ablaze since joining the Big Shots WV Reign Elite in April. The transition has been nothing but positive and allowed Boyce to really allow his creativity and talent blossom. He's quickly turning into a multi-threat point guard that has nearly every tool in his bag already. Boyce will likely get several looks in July and we wouldn't be shocked if there's an offer. But his progress is certainly notable.

[player_tooltip player_id='2324788' first='Loakkhae' last='Uth-Smith'] has played big at both events we've seen him. His game is the same no matter the situation. Great length and athletic ability on defense with a quick and accurate trigger on offense. The 6'3" shooting guard has started to get some attention while playing on the HGSL circuit Mountain State Academy club. Utt-Smith is another who could see an offer before summer's end.

[player_tooltip player_id='2211913' first='Preston' last='Clary'] has risen to be a threat week to week as the WV Hustle guard has continually put defenders on their heels and created havoc on defense. Clary has a crazy ability to slice and dice through zone or man defenses and create opportunities. His level of play will likely garner some attention with the prospect of an offer is possible.

[player_tooltip player_id='1867669' first='Cruz' last='Isaly'] has ran with Kentucky Vision this spring and made good on his opportunities. Isaly has picked up recruiting steam at this point and now starting to post really solid numbers putting him in the D2 arena of recruiting.

[player_tooltip player_id='2208851' first='Ethan' last='Blackburn'] made the switch to [program_tooltip program_id='2401858' first='Nash' last='Prep'] AAU and its paid off beautifully with the 6'4" guard being able to really stretch his game legs and put his athletic ability on display. Blackburn has put on a display of rebounding, shooting, slashing and even a dunk or two while holding it down for the Parkersburg based program. Blackburn seems to have every tool a college shooting guard need and should get recruiting attention soon is not already.

[player_tooltip player_id='2377000' first='Ty' last='Stephens'] leads his school program through this AAU season as they have one of the most young and talented big school groups in WV. But Stephens won't apologize for his leading the program through tournaments in scoring. Stephens is a strong built 6'2" combo guard who is athletic enough to play on the lower D1 level but would project out as a D2 guard currently.
