Let’s take a closer look at some of the standout prospects from a packed event at Wisconsin Lutheran College.
Jordan Meyer Jordan Meyer 6'7" | C Monroe | 2027 WI | ABC
Meyer made an impact in the paint for ABC Young Lions . His lateral movement when shots went up gave him the advantage on the offensive board. He also moved well into the dunker spot to give teammates a clean drive to the rim. Most impressive was his hands and ability to find the glass over the top of defenders.
Reiter got his work done in the paint for Chapman Basketball Academy . His sturdy screens on the ball put teammates in great position to succeed. He covered a lot of ground with good rhythm in the pick and roll. Most outstanding was his motor and ability to board down the stretch.
Macallan Banker Macallan Banker 6'8" Kimberly High School | 2027 WI | All Wisconsin
Banker impacted the game as a paint presence for All Wisconsin. His lateral movement and wing span allowed him to get hands on blocks and rebounds on the defensive end. Offensively, he showed off some fancy footwork and a soft touch in the mid post area.
Conner Kurncz | Midwest Stampede
Kurncz served as a big body in the paint for Midwest Stampede. He proved to have quick foot speed which helped him in helping situations and rebounding on the defensive end. Offensively he was able to find teammates when doubled in the post.
Halbert Jackson | Team Iowa
Jackson was an energy leader for Team Iowa. He wields a combination of strength and speed that was undeniable. He has a great motor and extended plays on the offensive board. He shined brightest to me as a hybrid defender, displaying the ability to switch onto anyone on the floor.
