Prep Hoops Missouri takes a look at some of the top Class of 2027 players who caught our eye at Saturday's Arch Elite Tournament, which was held at the Center of St. Louis Sports. There was some impressive young talent at the event. We featured three of the top 2027s, [player_tooltip player_id='2344218' first='Nolan' last='Struckman'], [player_tooltip player_id='2346070' first='Phillip' last='Jones'] and Eric Neal, in our "Saturday's Standouts" story from the event. Here is a list of some of the other good young 2027s.

Austin Ryan (CG Hoops): A 5'11" guard from St. Dominic who plays a solid all-around offensive game with his quickness and craftiness. He plays without the ball and reads defenses well with his cutting and constant moving. The young lefty has shifty moves on the dribble to keep defenders off balance and he can also attack on the straight line drive. He also has active hands on the defensive end.

******

Kyron Jackson (J-Rock Ballers): A talented 6'0" point guard from CBC who was playing with both the 15U and 17U teams on Saturday. He has three-level scoring ability and he can create his own shot off the dribble. He was good when he got two feet in the lane. He has good strength and quickness.

******

Julian Hooper ([program_tooltip program_id='2077046' first='Mid' last='Mo Elite']): A 5'10" point guard from Helias who isn't very tall, but he makes up for it with a big motor and explosive athleticism. He got beat on the dribble once, yet he recovered in time pin the shot on the glass in spectacular fashion. He had a few chase down blocks in transition. He pushes the ball with tremendous speed in the open court. He's a good finisher inside and he also has very good court vision with several nice dimes while on the move.

******

Grant Giesman (CG Hoops): A 6'5" forward from St. Dominic who can really shoot it well from 3-point range. The young lefty has good length and versatility in his game. He could put the ball on the floor and make a play for himself or a teammate with the pass.

******

Ace Armstrong (CG Hoops): A talented young point guard from St. Dominic who excels with the ball or playing off the ball on the wing. He has very good fundamentals and he is a knock-down shooter from 3-point range. He moves well and he relocates to the open spots to make shots.

******

Malachi Lane (STL Ballers): A 6'1" point guard from Lift for Life who was very aggressive when attacking the basket. He had several nice finishes in the lane and he was also able to draw contact and get to the free throw line. He also excels in the transition game when he gets the ball in the open court.

******

[player_tooltip player_id='2701119' first='Alan' last='Poage'] ([program_tooltip program_id='2077046' first='Mid' last='Mo Elite']): A 6'3" shooting guard from Camdenton who is smooth offensive player who plays under control. He did a nice job breaking down defenders off the bounce to get to the middle area to knock down the jumper. He seemed unbothered by defensive pressure as he was able to get to his spots on the floor when he looked to score.
