The state of Connecticut overall has a great group of talented prospects in the class of 2025. Today, I will be highlighting five more names that have impressed me in their junior year! Let's get started once more!

[player_tooltip player_id='2325884' first='Ford' last='Okehi'] is an offensive juggernaut when he gets going. He loves to shoot the rock and accomplishes it in advanced ways. He is not afraid to cross up defenders and take two dribble pull-ups. Okehi can take tough step-backs and side steps, even when heavily contested, and combines that with shooting off the catch that solidifies his shooting proficiency. When in a 1 v 1 scenario? Watch out. Okehi can also find open shooters when he gets a head of steam and gets the ball to the open man fast. He also finds big men on dump-offs and cuts to the rim. The offense he provides is so potent, that programs should make him a priority immediately.

[player_tooltip player_id='2546932' first='Liam' last='Dagostino'] is a sharpshooter. When given any space, he can knock down open three-pointers with ease. Quick and repeatable, Dagostino thrives in the corners and his bread and butter is the catch-and-shoot jump shot. His touch is excellent and the ball seems to never hit the rim when he is at his best. Dagostino can also take defenders off the bounce, knocking down some tougher mid-range shots off one leg and turning away. He also isn't afraid to play defense, lunging to the floor to grab steals. Dagostino's effort constantly creates fastbreak scoring opportunities for his team. If Dagostino can show some more diverse scoring in his senior year, he will become a more enticing player than he already is. Programs and coaches should make him a priority next season.

[player_tooltip player_id='2546948' first='Braeden' last='Elnicki'] is a gamer who plays with high intensity and confidence. On the offensive end, shooting is his biggest strength right now. The ball starts at the side of his body when he shoots and it feels like Elnicki tosses it into the hoop. It's a different kind of form, but it works to perfection as he is a great floor spacer. Elnicki is also great at ball fakes when defenders close out, creating even more space for himself. He competes hard on defense, providing weak side rim protection as a guard with sneaky hops. Elnicki is also a good decision-maker with the ball, and there could be some passing upside to tap into. I am personally impressed, and think coaches will fall in love soon enough.

[player_tooltip player_id='2547133' first='Walter' last='Kaufman'] is a developmental guard who shows flashes of brilliance at times. While not playing a whole lot this past season, Kaufman showed up in his limited opportunities. His three-point stroke is fluid and smooth and has become quicker over the past year. Kaufman attempts step-backs and pull-ups and looks comfortable with tougher shots when given the chance. He gets his steals through the passing lanes, with good anticipation skills. Kaufman also plays hard defending on the ball and had some nice blocks through sheer effort. He still needs to work on his body and needs added muscle to take his game to the next level. But the baseline skillset is intriguing and worth watching out for next season.

Need a player who can do a bit of everything? [player_tooltip player_id='2633437' first='Jaylen' last='Johnson'] is your guy! Johnson's well-rounded smorgasbord abilities don't pop out at first jump, but gradually end up becoming quite clear. He will get on the ground for a loose ball, while also picking the pockets of the lead guard ball handler. He can hit catch and shoot jumpers while also cutting without the ball for easy layups. Johnson can jump in the air swatting blocks while also making the right reads in transition on his passes to wide-open teammates. His connective abilities impact games and affect winning in positive ways. Programs should be all over him in the not-too-distant future.
