The spring AAU season is in full swing as the first weekend has passed. The 2025 class is set to make its mark on the hardwood this spring, especially in the frontcourt. Here are the unranked 2025 forwards to watch this May.

[player_tooltip player_id='2421326' first='Khalid' last='Ousmane'], 6'7 PF St. Benedict's

Ousmane has the potential to have a big spring with his ability to impact the game in a number of ways. The 6'7 forward explodes off the floor for dunks and has a nice touch around the basket. Ousmane has an underrated handle as he can also put the ball on the floor and finishes well around the basket. He skies for rebounds on both ends of the floor and uses his length to swat shots around the rim. Ousmane is an athletic forward prospect whose ability to influence the game at both ends will help his stock in a big way this month.

[player_tooltip player_id='2421321' first='Zack' last='Kolaja'], 6'5 SF Blair Academy

Kolaja is a forward prospect to track this May with his ability to stretch the floor. The 6'5 wing has a smooth release on his jumper and can get hot from distance in a hurry. Kolaja moves well without the ball in his hands, freeing himself for open layups and jumpers in the halfcourt. He can get to the rim off the bounce as well and slides his feet on the defensive end. Kolaja is a sharpshooting forward prospect whose ability to torch the nets from distance will help his stock in a big way this spring and summer.

[player_tooltip player_id='2427088' first='Anson' last='Beard'], 6'5 SF Lawrenceville

Beard is an intriguing prospect to watch in this class as he has the ability to play in both the backcourt and on the wing. The 6'5 wing has a good handle, which he uses to attack the basket off the bounce and finishes strong around the rim. Beard is more than just a slasher as he has a nice release on his jumper and sets his feet before he shoots. He rarely forces shots in the halfcourt and gets deflections on the defensive end. Beard's versatility is something that will help him throughout the rest of the spring.

[player_tooltip player_id='2427090' first='Jakub' last='Lomicka'], 6'10 PF Bergen Catholic

Lomicka has the potential to make noise this spring with his combination of size and skill. The 6'10 forward is comfortable playing on the perimeter as he has a tight handle to get into the lane and finishes nicely around the rim. Lomicka has a high release on his jumper and makes flashy passes in the halfcourt. He works hard for rebounds at both ends of the floor and uses his size to influence shots around the basket. Lomicka is a skilled forward prospect whose stock should only go up over the course of the spring.

[player_tooltip player_id='2421334' first='Nick' last='Esposito'], 6'3 SF Hoboken

Esposito looks more like a two-guard at the next level, but he has the ability to play on the wing as well. The 6'3 wing uses his handle to get to his spot on the floor and knows how to finish around the basket. Esposito wastes little motion in his release and can make opponents pay for giving him space behind the arc. He moves well without the ball in his hands and plays with good instincts on the defensive end. Esposito's two-way ability makes him a prospect to track during the spring and summer.
