The Best Senior Shooting Guards

Former UAH-commit [player_tooltip player_id='1135401' first='Tyler' last='Lee'] "followed" Head Coach John Shulman to Central Arkansas. As the coach ascended from D2 to D1, so too did 3A Mr. Basketball [player_tooltip player_id='1135401' first='Tyler' last='Lee']. Twins Denaj and [player_tooltip player_id='1381652' first='Taj' last='Kimber'] are newly committed to Tusculum University. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The Kimber brothers now make nine D2 commitments just in the shooting guard bunch! [player_tooltip player_id='1140778' first='Cooper' last='Haynes'] is the lone D1 signee among shooting guards, but [player_tooltip player_id='1213161' first='Julius' last='Thedford'] might wind up signing D1. He was initially signed to Missouri State University (D1), but their coach Dana Ford was fired last month. This made Thedford's signing tenuous. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading">High Potential SGs</h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>A couple of players with a lot of upside from this SG class are: [player_tooltip player_id='1236443' first='Joshua' last='Heard'], [player_tooltip player_id='2164194' first='Judson' last='Bjornstad'], and [player_tooltip player_id='1121408' first='Jaden' last='Clark']. All three are good to great athletes with skills. Heard improved himself into a good outside shooter, at times great outside shooter. Bjornstad showed off an ability hit mid-range shots against almost any guard thanks to his size and skill. That translates immediately to the college level.
