I thought Teigen had a nice showing in Fargo. He probably could have been mentioned in the article highlighting lengthy prospects because he clearly had a positive wingspan. His ball-handling when going downhill kind of surprised me, and he routinely got into the heart of the defense and became a scoring and dishing threat. Active and was working defensively to make stops and plays.
Highlights
A major offensive threat that is aggressive to score and look for his shot. He was pulling from three if given any space and they were dropping for three points. Major explosion going at the hoop off the drive. Blew by defenders and can shoot the three, so he was a tough matchup and showed-out in Fargo.
Highlights
The lefty guard with good size was highly active on both ends. He was looking to make a difference defensively, and he did. He was playing help-D, closing driving lanes, and getting his hands on the ball often. Did a good job staying in front of his matchup and using his solid build. Offensively, he was aggressive going to his left hand, and used his body well at the hoop.
Highlights
Cameron has some skill offensively with some explosive qualities to his game. A solid handle on the ball with both hands, where he’ll attack gaps and bring over help defense. Scored in the lane in a crafty manner as well.
Freeman was one of the better athletes and movers on the court. Moved well laterally and showed a quick offensive first-step. Got in a stance and challenged the ball-handler, defensively.
Highlights
An offensive-minded guard that enjoys that aspect of the game. Not just scoring, but a willingness to pass and setup teammates with a skilled passing package. Loved to push the pace and get the ball up-court to put up big points on a vulnerable back-peddling defense.
Highlights
RaeShaun’s defensive impact stood out to me most. Possibly the best fluidity in terms of lateral agility in the entire event. He beat the driver to the spot to completely stop a drive before they got into the lane. Played passing lanes and got many deflections.
