Bennett Becker (Breese Central – 2027)
Becker put his name on our radar over the weekend in Louisville. The strong bodied undersized for can stretch the floor with his shooting. Did a nice job of hitting a couple threes and showing he could also score with some efficiency around the basket.
Jaxson Hancock Jaxson Hancock 6'0" | PG Centralia | 2027 IL (Centralia – 2027)
Hancock is a young guard from Centralia that projects as a sharp shooter. Shot it very well in the drill partition early and then showed some versatility in the workout with step back jumpers and bullet passes for dimes.
Jude Harmon Jude Harmon 6'1" | PG Massac Co | 2027 IL (Massac County – 2027)
Harmon is a freshman 6’0” guard that has range on his shot and works well around ball screens from his lead guard spot.
Jagger Mayville Jagger Mayville 6'5" | SF Waltonville | 2027 IL (Waltonville – 2027)
Mayville burst on the scene in Louisville with his play. Long and wiry 6’5” lefty four man that finishes well around the hoop, hits the offensive glass, finishes out of the dunker spot, and plays within himself.
Dariontez Monroe (Sparta – 2027)
Monroe was probably the top long term guard at the event. I saw him in January at the Pinckneyville Shootout and loved his upside. He showed it off even more in this setting. The 5’11” guard is a southpaw that is electric with the ball in his hands! Plus three point shooter that made several of them from distance along with stopping and popping in the mid-range. He used his slick handles and change of pace to get in the lane for finishes. Fun player to watch over the next three years.
