Continue ReadingOn Wednesday, March 27th we released our updated Class of 2025 Prospect Rankings. This is always a tough, time-consuming process as we at Prep Hoops Indiana pride ourselves on putting out the most thorough, and accurate, prospect rankings in the country. Along with the updated rankings we like to break things down a little deeper with stock-risers, new names, positional rankings, regional rankings, and much more. This gives us a chance to talk about as many of the prospects on an individual level as possible. Ultimately, that is what makes us unique at Prep Hoops. We don’t just put out rankings a few times a year because it drives traffic and subscribers. We aim to still provide valuable content along with the much-anticipated update. Here are eight prospects who are making their debut in this Class of 2025 Prospect Rankings update.
An under-the-radar prospect from up in The Region, Browder was one of the top scorers in the state of Indiana that you may not be aware of. The 6’2″ guard from Hammond Central High School put up 21.8 points and 4.8 rebounds per game for the Wolves and shot 47-121 (38.8%) from three-point range. He is a very talented all-around scorer that makes his debut at #71 in our updated prospect rankings.
Collins averaged 14.1 points, 5.2 rebounds, 2.1 assists, and 2.3 steals per game for a young, talented Gary West Side team this season. The Cougars finished 15-9 this season and are poised for a great 2024-2025. Look for Collins to have a strong spring and summer and start to pick up some serious college interest. Versatile offensive player that can attack the rim with the best of them.
Highlights
Parks is a prospect we are very high on here at Prep Hoops Indiana and believe he has room to continue to shoot up the rankings with a potential breakout spring and summer just around the corner. The 6’5″ long, athletic forward played a key role off of the bench for Ben Davis during their state runner-up season. His versatility around the basket is really intriguing as you project him to the next level.
There is already a fair argument to be made that Schrink could be higher in these rankings. However, he makes his debut here at #86 in a very talented, deep class and could very well be a big stock-riser over the spring and summer months. The 6’2″ left-handed guard had a great season for New Albany High School averaging 13.7 points, 3.2 rebounds, and 2.5 assists per game.
This physical 6’4″ guard was a key piece of East Chicago Central’s success this season as they would finish 22-5 including a Sectional 1 championship. Wallace was the third leading scorer on the team averaging 11.8 points to go along with 6.8 rebounds and 2.7 assists per game. His physicality and two-way presence on the perimeter makes him a very intriguing prospect. He makes his debut in the Prep Hoops Indiana Class of 2025 rankings at #61.
Debuting here at #70 overall in the Prep Hoops Indiana Class of 2025 Prospect Rankings, Warfield is coming off of a strong junior season that saw him average 13.7 points, 5.0 rebounds, 2.0 assists, and 2.0 steals per game for Anderson. The Indians finished 18-6 and Warfield’s presence on the perimeter was certainly a key piece of their overall success.
