Brehm Warczinsky is a little bit of an undersized left handed guard, but don’t let his size fool you. He has a really nice shot that he gets a lot of arch on making it hard to contest. He takes really good care of the ball as the point guard, and is able to read the court and make the right play. Warczinsky is really good at using a slower timing to throw the defender off. He is able to hang in the air on jump shots after creating contact. On defense he hustles as hard as he can, sprinting everywhere the ball goes and looking like he will never get tired. With 10 seconds left in the game he hit a huge pull up over the oppoenents tallest defender to send his team to overtime.
Dean Lewis is a really long forward that can play in a guard role when needed. With really good form on his shot and soft touch around the rim, Lewis can score from just about anywhere. Even with his size the forward can play in pick and rolls. He is looking to either take advantage on a switch or pass the ball to the big on the role if they trap him. Lewis looked like one of the smoothest scorers from the 15U division on Sunday.

From what I saw Zane Keric was the best Center from the 15U division. Even with his bigger size he is still mobile and athletic. On some rebounds he would he push it coast to coast and make a defender stop him. Most of those ended in a foul as the other team did not want to step in his way. Keric is able to finish with either hand around the rim with great touch. On defense he is an anchor, making the other team not even wanting to bring the ball in the paint knowing that he is down there waiting for them.

Ross Perlick really shined today showing multiple levels to his game that he can bring. Knocking down multiple big 3 pointers he made it clear that he is not afraid to put the ball up. When defenders started closing hard on him he was able to attack the close out and be comfortable. He never was only looking for his shot while driving. Many times he would kick out to open shooters. Perlick is a good shooter but also looks to get his teammates open opportunities.
Jaxson Hancock is an athletic guard that loves getting to the rim. Beating his defender and making plays is where his game thrives. He’s comfortable finishing with either hand on either side of the rim, but also loves touching the paint and passing out or dropping it off to the big. His game really started to come together the 2nd half of their game Sunday. Hancock seemed to get into a rhythm in his role and started making the right plays. In transition he loves pushing the ball up the sides and then following it down the middle, looking to get it back for a layup.
