That spring and summer is crucial for their development and in turn recruitment. We look at the prospects at each position we are looking at to make that leap in Junior Jumps: 2026 PGs/Combos!
Marquis Clark Marquis Clark 6'2" | PG Whitney Young | 2026 State IL (Whitney Young)
Clark established himself as the top point guard in the class with a very good sophomore season at Whitney Young. Ultra smooth lead guard that can slither through the defense and finishes so well around the hoop. We believe he has another gear that he can go to and if he does can become a top 100 national type prospect!
Rajan Roberts Rajan Roberts 6'2" | PG Kenwood | 2026 State IL (Kenwood)
Roberts had his ups and downs during his sophomore year at Kenwood. Struggled a bit with turnovers and showing he was a true point. Going to have to be more of a combo, but when he is unleashed with his ability to score it there might not be anyone better in the class. Growth as a floor general and impacting game in other ways than scoring are the jump coaches are looking for.
Noah Mister Noah Mister 6'1" | PG Mt. Carmel | 2026 State IL (Mt. Carmel)
Mister is coming off a nice close to his sophomore season as the sixth man for Mt. Carmel. With Marks out for a chunk of the second half of the season he had to step up and he did. Shifty ball handler with range on his shot. Can he get stronger and make that next jump in his development this summer?
Jayden Riley Riley IL (Yorkville)
Riley Riley IL is a prospect we have been intrigued with for a while that flies under the radar. He has an innate feel for running a team and passes with a ton of flair. The area we started to see growth was more consistency with his jumper. That combined with a soft touch finishing game make him a good prospect.
Amare Pryor Amare Pryor 6'1" | PG Bloom | 2026 State IL (Bloom)
Long and rangy combo guard that will see a larger role for Bloom next season. He is a high level defender first and foremost with active hands getting steals. Shot making showed flashes as a sophomore. Has the physical ability.
Wood Cary Wood Cary 6'1" | PG Moline | 2026 State IL (Moline)
Cary has flashed throughout the first several evals we had seen of him. He has a good feel for the game and has the potential to get even better.
Morgan Travis Morgan Travis 5'11" | PG De La Salle | 2026 State IL (De La Salle)
Travis is a point guard that will fully take over the Meteors lead guard duties with their senior year moving on. He is a strong and athletic lead guard that can really play and is primed to make a leap!
