Let’s take a closer look at some of the Top Inside Out Threats from a packed event at the Champions Center in Appleton, Wisconsin.
Carson McCoy | Milwaukee Blazers
McCoy was a star off of the ball for the Milwaukee Blazers. His ability to get downhill the baseline was impactful for his team. He used his pivots and positioning well under the rim. The crafty forward proved to be a corner specialist, knocking down the three in succession in catch and shoot situations.
Ethan Arft | The Valley
Arft was a maestro in the mid post area all weekend for The Valley. He showed great awareness against various coverages. He found cutting teammates for layups and corner threes when help was present. The post playmaking forward also extended his range from three, his performance makes him a player to know going into the summer months.
Owen Birschbach | Mammouth
Birschbach was a driving force for Mammouth. The mobile forward used his height and length to his advantage inside. He is capable of starting and finishing the break in transition. He needed to be accounted for all weekend long, his ability to finish around the basket was remarkable.
Owen Henkel Owen Henkel 6'1" | PF Freedom | 2028 WI | Wisconsin Blizzard
Henkel had his way in the paint all weekend for the Wisconsin Blizzard .. The lanky forward needed to be located whenever a shot went up, he capitalized on second chance points and opportunities to extend plays on the offensive boards. He was a driving force in the paint on both ends.
Evan Ryan | The Valley
Ryan posed a threat in the mid range area for opponents all weekend. He was able to start and finish the break with his ability to rebound and run the floor. When facing zone coverages he was able to hit the 15 footer as well as find the open man when needed.
