He joins<strong> [player_tooltip player_id='1789005' first='Kavien' last='Jones']</strong> as a member of the Tigers' 2024 recruiting class.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1213158' first='Emerson' last='Tenner Jr.'] </strong>(Cordova) verbally committed to West Virginia University. He was originally signed to Drake University.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Brothers <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1381652' first='Taj' last='Kimber']</strong> and <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1381653' first='Denaj' last='Kimber']</strong> verbally committed to Tusculum University. The pair won both the 2023 3A State Championship and the 2024 3A State Championship. The Kimber brothers are versatile lefties, both kind of combo guards with the ability to create or finish plays. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The Kimbers' teammate, <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1135401' first='Tyler' last='Lee']</strong>, verbally committed to Central Arkansas and new UCA Head Coach John Shulman. Lee actually committed to Coach Shulman when he was the leader of University of Alabama Huntsville. After a wildly successful season at UAH, Coach Shulman took a new job with Central Arkansas. Coach Shulman boasts a little Tennessee connection. He was the head coach for McCallie.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1213161' first='Julius' last='Thedford']</strong> (Cordova) is no longer committed to Missouri State University. MSU was led by Dana Ford, but the coach lost his job after a dismal season. Now Thedford is looking for a new future home.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1352806' first='AJ' last='Morman']</strong> (Sacred Heart of Jesus) added an offer from Bethel University. Morman took a visit to Stillman College.
