Our number one player in the class of 2027 may not be the flashiest player in the class, but he’s the most efficient. Love his game, as he proved during his first high school season, that he’s much more than just a shooter. He’s got some grit and can get his shots off using 1 or 2 dribbles. Look for the Vegas Elite product to attract a ton of interest this summer.
I’m done discussing size when mentioning Gouda Jackson. Players can play and this dudes a player. He is elite on both sides of the basketball, with the ability to change the scoreboard with his jump shot. Very few players posses the ability to blow by you, lock you down and splash 30 foot jumpers, some coach is going to fall in love with his skill set over the summer.
Seeing Knoll during the EIBC Championships and the Venom Rankings Run reminded me just how valuable of a player he is. He may never be an individual superstar, but he will always be part of a winning team. His unique combination of toughness, intellegence and fundamentals wraped inside a 6’4 frame that can shoot him will attract him to a coach at some level.
Steward is a long, fluid high flyer who has been building his game brick by brick. He started with his athletic ability, and has used it to turn himself into an aggressive, rebounder and defender. He’s layered that with his skills, improving his outside shooting. He has wow factor ability combined with a definable skill, look for him to raise more than a few eyebrows this summer.
Was definetly disapointed to not see Goss at the rankings run, but the shooting guard is coming off a tremendous high school season. He is a crafty player with the ability to score the ball. Look for him to run with a circuit team this summer, which will go a long way to putting him on the radar of college coaches.
