Over the past few weeks, we have seen scholarship offers, commitments, and recruiting visits taking place. Basketball season does not ever really slow down, and the club season is approaching quickly. Harris is a player that gets in the paint and battles on both ends of the court. Harris has a smooth jumper on the hardwood. Meanwhile, on the football field he is a dangerous wide receiver that does a tremendous job of making plays on the field for Maumelle. Harris earned a scholarship offer from Missouri earlier in the spring to play football.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2028697' first='Skye' last='Davenport']-Point Guard-Pea Ridge-2026</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='2028697' first='Skye' last='Davenport'] is a player that makes play on both ends of the court. He does an impressive job of getting everyone involved in the offense. Davenport does a great job of staying active on both ends of the court. He is impressive at being able to create his own shot and drain the contested jumper. The Pea Ridge point guard earned a scholarship offer from Troy during spring break. Davenport is a prospect to watch out for over the summer.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>AJ Howard-Combo Guard-Lakeside-2024</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>AJ Howard is all over the basketball court. He does a tremendous job of moving without the basketball. Howard gets in the paint and drains the jumper with impressive consistency. He stays active on both ends of the court and causes plenty of turnovers in the process. AJ Howard earned a scholarship from Crowley's Ridge College earlier in the month.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2021776' first='Sam' last='Maddox']-Small Forward-Central Arkansas Christian-2024</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='2021776' first='Sam' last='Maddox'] had a tremendous 2023 basketball season and earned a state championship in the process. Maddox handles the basketball extremely well and finds the open shooter from anywhere on the court. He battles in the paint and grabs plenty of rebounds in the process. Earlier in the week, Maddox placed his commitment with the Rhodes College Lynx. He is a player to watch out for at the next level.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
