Barek Schoenauer – Dowling (IA)
The biggest player in the camp played well as a traditional post-prospect. Barek is a mobile big with some weight who was a load in the paint. He showed good hands with his back to the basket. He’s a player who rebounded well in his area while battling for offensive boards. I like Schoenauer working out of the pick-and-roll because he keeps guys on his back and keeps them sealed in the post. Barek has the tools to play in college today.
Da’mari Pinson Da’mari Pinson 6'4" Steinmetz College Prep | 2025 IL – Steinmetz 6’4
Pinson may not have the height as most but his skillset for a player with his wide frame isn’t typical. He showcased guard-like handles on the perimeter and used them to his advantage on the taller players. He beat guys off the bounce with spin moves and some creative post moves. Da’ Mari also is a talented rebounder in and outside of his area.
Camden Williams – Haines City HS (FL) 6’7 2024
Camden is a raw big man with strength and athletic abilities. He rebounded the ball with tremendous aggression. He’s a dependable rim protector who challenges most shots in his area. Williams scored well-off missed shots. He has some coordination things to work on with his footwork and hands when finishing plays on the offensive side.
Gerald Holder – Von Stueben 6’5
Holder played well in spurts. He had some good energy plays as far as rebounding on the offensive glass. What I saw from Gerald you don’t see most players doing is getting into the right position to get an advantage for rebounds. He’s smart at reading the ball off the basket. Gerald played with lots of energy and should be a player to watch out for as he makes a name for himself this spring.
