Harper Krolak - St. Pats 2024

Krolak started the Shamrocks off hot hitting two threes and hitting a free-throw. After that he went cold and wasn't able to score the rest of the game.

[player_tooltip player_id='2105179' first='Grant' last='Best'] (Mount Carmel) 2024

The games the leading scorer with 18 points and 14 rebounds was this junior guard. The unsung hero for the Caravan all year stepped up big in this one. Best went 3-4 from three against the zone. And had some key buckets for Carmel.

[player_tooltip player_id='1373436' first='Angelo' last='Ciaravino'] - Mount Carmel 2024

Ciaravino (Northwestern commit) turned it up a notch in the second half after struggling against the zone. He started with defense that helped lead to points. He also had three blocks. Scoring in transition was the best way to score and he covered ground a lot to force the Pats into turnovers. Angelo finished with 15 points.

[player_tooltip player_id='2104971' first='AJ' last='Thomas'] - St. Pats 2024

Thomas was the model of consistency for the Shamrocks. He got to the rim often off simple handoffs with a combination of lazy switches on defense. AJ finished well around the rim when he got there. He led the team in scoring with 17 points and 8 rebounds to go along with 5 assists and 5 steals. Great game for the senior.

[player_tooltip player_id='1385287' first='EJ' last='Breland'] - St. Pats 2025

EJ struggled a bit up until the third quarter where it took for him to get a drive to the bucket before he saw a shot fall for him from three. Breland ran off several points before he went cold again in the overtime. He finished with 11 points and it wasn't a good shooting night for him to say the least.

[player_tooltip player_id='1845357' first='Noah' last='Mister'] - Mount Carmel 2026

Another guard who struggled some against the zone especially from three, but he figured out other ways to contribute which helped his team to a trip downstate. Noah got several shots up but didn't see any go through until the 4th quarter where he hit a three in a very close game. As point guard he was good at distributing the ball as he had 7 assists which helped spread the defense. Mister finished with 8 points and 3 steals.
