SF [player_tooltip player_id='1376689' first='Cole' last='Arnold'] (Council Bluffs Lincoln)
The move: 78 to 54

Arnold has always been a prolific scorer, but he usually did most of his damage by either getting to the rim or the free-throw line. As a senior, he really improved his mid-range and 3-point stroke, and his scoring output took off as a result, averaging 21.2 points a game on 54-43-85 shooting splits to lead the Lynx. A 6-3 wing with the physical frame to bully his way to the rim or post up smaller defenders, the added range is a significant development.

SF [player_tooltip player_id='1751110' first='Reece' last='Vander Zee'] (Central Lyon)
The move: 82 to 62

Vander Zee will play receiver at Iowa, but the 6-6 forward put together one more great season of basketball and moved back up the rankings as a result. He's a tremendous athlete who can score from all three levels, control the glass, and provide versatility on the defensive end. If the football thing doesn't work out, he could certainly help out a college program as a versatile, athletic scorer on the wing.

SG [player_tooltip player_id='1751185' first='Jacob' last='Khounsourath'] (Nevada)
The move: 137 to 87

An athletic and physical 6-1/6-2 power guard, Khounsourath elevates up the rankings because of how much more efficient he became as a scorer during his senior year. He went from shooting 41.4% from the floor as a junior to 50.0% as a senior, and he increased his 3-point percentage by about five points as well. He's a talented playmaker off the dribble with toughness, speed, and vision. He averaged 16.7 points, 4.7 rebounds, and 4.5 assists on 50-42-84 shooting.

SF [player_tooltip player_id='1376690' first='Colton' last='Rasmussen'] (Atlantic)
The move: 132 to 92

Rasmussen had a huge scoring year, averaging 26.7 points a game to lead the Trojans. A 6-3 wing who is at his best when he's playing downhill and getting to the rim, or posting up smaller defenders, he moves up the rankings with his improvement as a shooter, knocking down 37.3% of his 3-pint attempts as a senior.

PG [player_tooltip player_id='1751097' first='Benny' last='Ramker'] (Waverly-Shell Rock)
The move: 159 to 98

The size may scare people away from Ramker, but he's a player. A quick guard who doesn't shy away from bigger bodies in the paint, he's an electric scorer and playmaker with a lightning-quick release off the dribble and great court vision. He averaged 12.3 points and 3.8 assists a game for the 3A runner-up Go-Hawks, posting 53-42-80 splits.

SF [player_tooltip player_id='1751213' first='Lance' last='Helming'] (Lake Mills)
The move: 142 to 100

The 6-5 combo forward really improved as a shooter, which helped contribute to his movement up the rankings and into the top 100. As a junior, he made 9 3-pointers all year, and he quadrupled that number as a senior, burying 36 3s at a 40% clip. He can now score from all three levels, and with his size and physical frame, he's a player who can help at a small college.

SF [player_tooltip player_id='1945654' first='Idris' last='Thomas'] (Davenport West)
The move: 232 to 112

Thomas is one of the biggest risers in the class in this final update following a really good senior year in which he averaged 18.6 points and 6.0 rebounds on 53-37-76 shooting splits. An interesting player with good size at 6-6, he may be a player who is just scratching the surface of his potential as well. He has a good frame, a strong mid-range game, and he can create off the dribble well.

SF [player_tooltip player_id='1256298' first='Nolan' last='Cogdill'] (Ballard)
The move: 163 to 127

The 6-6 stretch-4 (pictured) showed some promise with his jumper as a senior, knocking down 41.4% of his 3s, showing a high release and good form on his shot. If that shot proves to be a real threat, he could be a really solid 3-and-D forward at a small college.

CG [player_tooltip player_id='1587402' first='Owen' last='Havlik'] (Linn-Mar)
The move: 170 to 138

The kid they call "Whitey", Havlik had a solid senior year for the Lions on both ends of the floor, using his length to impact the game defensively, and using his court vision and IQ to set his teammates up on the offensive end. He averaged 8.9 points and 4.0 assists a game, showing the ability to create off the dribble or knock down open looks off the catch.
