Now, we are already down to just 64 teams left playing. Sectional champions were crowned around the state on Saturday night and Prep Hoops Indiana has had boots on the ground coverage throughout the tournament so far. Leading into the Regional round, we will take a look back at some of the individual standouts from each class that we have seen so far. Here are our selections for the Prep Hoops Indiana Class 4A All-Sectional Team.
Flory Bidunga Flory Bidunga 6'9" | C Kokomo | 2024 State #7 Nation IN (Kokomo H.S. 2024) – In typical fashion, this Kansas signee put up three consecutive double-doubles to lead Kokomo to the Sectional 7 championship. Bidunga had 19 points and 15 rebounds in their opening round win, 28 points and 18 rebounds in the semifinals, and then 23 points and 10 rebounds against Marion in the championship.
Michael Cooper Michael Cooper 6'2" | PG Jeffersonville | 2025 State IN (Jeffersonville H.S. 2025) – Jeffersonville took down rival New Albany to win the Sectional 15 title on the back of 24 points from Cooper. The junior guard also put up 14 points in their opening round win over Seymour.
Micah Davis Micah Davis 6'0" | PG Franklin | 2024 State #184 Nation IN (Franklin H.S. 2024) – An Eastern Kentucky signee, Davis went off for 33 points in the Sectional semifinal against Whiteland and then battled through foul trouble as the Grizzly Cubs defeated East Central to win Sectional 14.
Keenan Garner Keenan Garner 6'6" | PF Fishers | 2024 State IN (Fishers H.S. 2024) – One of the state’s top uncommitted prospects posted a double-double of 15 points and 11 rebounds in arguably the best game of the year as Fishers defeated Noblesville 49-47 to win what was a loaded Sectional 8.
Julius Gizzi Julius Gizzi 6'3" | SG New Palestine | 2025 State IN (New Palestine H.S. 2025) – Gizzi’s magical junior season isn’t done yet. He led the Dragons to the Sectional 9 championship scoring 31 points as they took down previously undefeated Greenfield-Central.
Jevon Lewis Jevon Lewis 5'9" | PG Fort Wayne Wayne | 2024 State IN (Fort Wayne Wayne H.S. 2024)- Lewis started off the Sectional with a 30-point, 10-assist double-double against Fort Wayne South Side and then backed it up with games of 18 points and 10 assists versus New Haven and finally 19 points, 8 rebounds, and 7 assists in the championship game against Homestead.
Dominique Murphy Jr Dominique Murphy Jr 6'5" | SG East Chicago Central | 2025 State #242 Nation IN (East Chicago Central H.S. 2025) – This East Chicago Central guard is making a strong case for Indiana Junior All-Star “Core” team consideration. Murphy Jr. put up 24 points in their first round game, scored 19 in the semifinals, and was a big part of their championship win over Munster.
Azavier Robinson Azavier Robinson 6'1" | PG Lawrence North | 2025 State #88 Nation IN (Lawrence North H.S. 2025) – 20 points in the Wildcats’ opening round win over North Central, 20 and 7 rebounds against Crispus Attucks, and then 25 points and 5 assists to cut down the Sectional 10 nets against Cathedral. Lawrence North had an incredibly difficult path, but Robinson led them into the Regional where they will take on Avon at Greenfield-Central High School.
K.J. Windham K.J. Windham 6'3" | PG Ben Davis | 2024 State #137 Nation IN (Ben Davis H.S. 2024) – This Northwestern signee led the defending Class 4A state champions to another Sectional 11 title. Windham went off for 26 points in the Giants’ semifinal win over Southport and averaged 17 points per game in their three wins.
Eugene Young Jr (Fort Wayne North Side H.S. 2024) – Young Jr. continued his strong senior campaign with a double-double in the Legends’ Sectional championship win over Snider as he put up 17 points and 12 rebounds. He also had a big double-double of 25 points and 10 rebounds in their opening round overtime win over Carroll.
