State scoring records are very much in jeopardy as long as Crowe stays in California. For the second straight season, the 6-foot-3 sophomore led the state in scoring (37.4 per game) and also ranked third in the country in points per game. Crowe's impact didn't stop with his ability to but the ball in the basket as he dished out nearly six assists per game and snatched four steals per contest.

[player_tooltip player_id='1630635' first='Mazi' last='Mosely'] | G | Jr. | St. Francis

Mosely proved that he is an elite scorer and playmaker while going against teams in one of the toughest leagues in the country. The 6-foot-5 combo guard navigated defenses that were designed to stop him and still managed to fill up the scoring column and create for teammates.

[player_tooltip player_id='1630619' first='Jovani' last='Ruff'] | G | Jr. | Long Beach Poly

Ruff had a dynamic season in his return to Long Beach Poly as he poured in more than 22 points per game to lead the Jackrabbits to a Moore League title and a trip to the CIF Southern Section Division 2A championship game.

[player_tooltip player_id='1630628' first='Dillan' last='Shaw'] | F | Jr. | Heritage Christian

The 6-foot-7 wing was one of the more versatile players in the region and his dribble, pass, shoot abilities sparked the Warriors to 26 wins, an Olympic League championship and an appearance in the CIF State Division II Regional Finals.

[player_tooltip player_id='1630650' first='Brandon' last='Benjamin'] | F | Jr. | Mater Dei

Benjamin had his hands in every aspect of the game for the Monarchs as he averaged 13.7 points, 8.5 rebounds and 3.5 assists per game from the four and five positions on the floor. The 6-foot-5 forward is known as one of the best passers and interior finishers SoCal has to offer and those skills led the Monarchs to 29 wins, a share of the Trinity League title and a Southern Section Open Division playoff spot.
