The shifty floor general got into the paint with ease and created for his teammates on the low block and the wing, finishing with inside hand extension layups when the passing options weren't there. He utilizes a quick change of speed and explosive change of direction to beat the defense to spots. His ability to really race it to the other end to get an easy layup after the opposing team scored was invaluable to staving off a late McNamara push to win this one","_player_evaluations_0_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_1_player":["1383039"],"_player_evaluations_1_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_1_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_1_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_1_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_1_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_1_evaluation":"14p 8r 2b 1au003cbru003eu003cbru003e-Van Dorn has a nice mix of perimeter skills that makes him an intriguing prospect at his size. He uses his handle well to get into pull-up jumpers inside and outside of the arc, hitting several perimeter looks to extend the RCCA lead midway through the 3Q. Defensively he is sneaky athletic and will bait his opponent into taking fall-away shots that he blocked before starting the break for RCCA. Strong performance on the glass led to easy looks around the rim.","_player_evaluations_1_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_2_player":["1494077"],"_player_evaluations_2_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_2_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_2_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_2_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_2_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_2_evaluation":"14p 5a 4r 2su003cbru003eu003cbru003e-One of the most under-appreciated prospects in the area, he fills in the gaps for DeMatha as a pure PG that is an absolute pitbull of a POA defender while having enough skill to run the offense and enough raw athleticism to get to a ton of rebounds in traffic. Wallace uses the footwork that makes him a formidable defensive back on the gridiron to shade his matchup to vulnerable spots on the floor or to fight over the ball screens to stay in front and force turnovers or dribble pick-ups. His value as a passer and rebounder from the point guard position makes him an invaluable piece for this Stags team.","_player_evaluations_2_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_3_player":["1370501"],"_player_evaluations_3_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_3_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_3_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_3_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_3_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_3_evaluation":"18p 7r 3s 2au003cbru003eu003cbru003e-One of the toughest players in the area, Curtis put his head down and got to the rim time and time again in a 2H run that almost gave the Mustangs a comeback victory. He rebounds the ball exceptionally well for his position and gives McNamara some much-needed perimeter moxy and toughness on the defensive end of the floor. His perimeter u003ca href=u0022https://x.com/owe_hoops/status/1764067084160422303?s=20u0022u003eshootingu003c/au003e (50%) was huge for the Mustangs on a night where they really struggled from beyond the arc. If Curtis can work on his distributing out of the PnR and start to hit teammates with skip and hook passes with more regularity- I expect his recruitment to take off this summer.","_player_evaluations_3_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_4_player":["1494076"],"_player_evaluations_4_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_4_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_4_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_4_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_4_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_4_evaluation":"19p 11r 4a 1su003cbru003eu003cbru003e-Folefac is one of the safest bets in the area to get a double-double on a nightly basis with his hard-nosed work in the paint. The sturdy wing is able to find open pockets in the paint and anticipates where the ball is coming off, doing a much better job of using the rim to prevent shot-blockers to get to his putback attempt as he hits a reverse layup on the other side. A mobile defender that can guard 2-5, he is invaluable to Mt Zion because of the different coverages they can run with him as the fulcrum of the defense.","_player_evaluations_4_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_5_player":["1414527"],"_player_evaluations_5_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_5_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_5_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_5_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_5_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_5_evaluation":"14p 3ru003cbru003eu003cbru003e-Sanford started out the game hot, hitting two stepback 3s and scoring on a scooping layup off glass to give him an easy 8 points in the first 3 mins of the game. A fluid athlete that loves putting pressure on the defense as a downhill driver, his touch has continued to improve with some acrobatic finishes around the rim. He has the physical tools and aggression to serve as a consistent on-ball defender, the next step in his progression will be his court awareness improving as a help defender in addition to more consistency on the offensive end. An intriguing rising senior wing for college coaches to track in the 2025 class.","_player_evaluations_5_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_6_not_in_database":["not_in_db"],"_player_evaluations_6_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_6_player_details_selected_featured_image":"","_player_evaluations_6_player_details_selected_featured_image":"field_62cca28ffa4e7","player_evaluations_6_player_details_player_name":"Kam Wylie","_player_evaluations_6_player_details_player_name":"field_62aba4c9ecf2f","player_evaluations_6_player_details_graduating_class":"2025","_player_evaluations_6_player_details_graduating_class":"field_62aba4ddecf30","player_evaluations_6_player_details_height":"6'8u0022","_player_evaluations_6_player_details_height":"field_62aba4e8ecf31","player_evaluations_6_player_details_position":"77247","_player_evaluations_6_player_details_position":"field_62aba4f0ecf32","player_evaluations_6_player_details_school":"Rock Creek","_player_evaluations_6_player_details_school":"field_62aba4fdecf33","player_evaluations_6_player_details_club_team":"","_player_evaluations_6_player_details_club_team":"field_62d20e723441a","player_evaluations_6_player_details":"","_player_evaluations_6_player_details":"field_62aba4afecf2e","player_evaluations_6_evaluation":"9p 8r 4b 2s 1au003cbru003eu003cbru003e-This wasn't Wylie's most dynamic offensive game, as Williams and Van Dorn had the ball in their hands as they went to work against the McNamara defense. It was, however, a good defensive game for the junior wing as he collected 4 blocked shots and grabbed 2 steals as a roaming free safety on the defensive end of the floor. A good athlete with +wingspan and good timing, he is able to guard multiple positions for a RCCA team that doesn't really have a true center to defend the paint.","_player_evaluations_6_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations":7,"_player_evaluations":"field_62aba7547dc44"},"mode":"edit","alignText":"left","anchor":"acf-block-65e60bafef5b8"} /-->
