2026 Rankings: New SGs

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>There are a ton of new additions to this update of the 2026 rankings and these sophomore guards show there's a wide range of talent lurking in the backcourt. Also uses that length to contribute on the glass, get second chance buckets, and defend/alter shots. Jumped into the starting lineup this season and helped Richland make a run all the way to the state title game. Can knock down those midrange shots around the paint at a pretty good rate and shows good elevation at times to get up high and shoot over contests. Doesn't shy away from contact and can work angles pretty well around the hoop. Pretty heady defender too who can rack up steals and push the pace the other way. Plays with good vision on both ends, attacking gaps hard with the ball and knowing when to take chances defensively. Has good pace and can stop quickly in space to knock down open jumpers. Can be pretty physical operating near the hoop, finds some nice passes off of drives, and can step out to knock down 3s.
