Mason had a phenomenal senior season and lead Federal Way to the state tournament. He controlled the offense really well all season long, showing strong leadership and fantastic passing abilities. He earned 4A NPSL MVP honors this season and proved to everyone he is a big time player and should be getting big time looks. He’s easily a D2 player, especially with his work ethic.
Zach played out of his mind during his senior season. He has many games scoring over 30 points and even dropped over 40 a couple times. He’s a dynamic guard who’s athleticism will surprise you. His handles are impressive, as it seems like he keeps the ball on a string. He runs the pick and roll smoothly, being able to find his open teammates or pull up mid-range to hit the jumper. College coaches should be all over this guard after an amazing senior year.
Highlights
Quinn is a top shooter in the entire state and that is just a fact. His quick release helps him get his shot off before the defenders are able to react, leading to many open threes. Swanson knows the game well and his strengths, playing to those easily no matter what the defense is throwing at him. He earned CO-MVP honors in the NWC and it was well deserved after leading Mount Vernon to state.
Jaiden is a prospect that college coaches really need to have on their radars. The 6’3″ guard/wing had a great senior year, showing he can score at all 3 levels smoothly. He can also find his teammates nicely, having great vision on the court. Defensively, he can guard multiple positions and often guarded the best player on the opposing teams, doing a fantastic job. He’s a D2 talent, any program would be lucky to have him.
Highlights
James is a bucket getter, which is proven given that he scored his 2,000th point during this season. He’s a solid guard who has an electric deep shot and knows how to play to his strengths on the court. He controls the pace of the game well and does the little things each time he’s on the court. Grose is from a small school, but he’s still a big time player, proving it during the summers playing AAU.
