Towns is a senior point guard that you want to lead your team. He is a shorter point guard but has a good-sized body that is strong and absorbs contact well. He can get to the rim effectively with his dribbling moves and quick first steps. He has a very pretty shot. The ball comes off his hand smoothly and has the perfect rotation every time. He consistently made big-time shots for the Panthers and was scoring all game. He attacked the pressure of Northland and made them pay. He has all the intangibles you would want in a point guard. He makes the right pass and plays.

Emmanuel Towns is the little brother of Philip Towns Philip Towns 5’9″ | PG Linden McKinley | 2024 State OH and these brothers are some hoopers. He has a really good basketball IQ for a sophomore. He never forced the ball when it was not there. He knew when to slow up against the defense and push the pace when having the advantage. He ran the offense of Linden well. He got things set up for success multiple times in their huge game against Northland. He and his brother were both essential in controlling the game and picking up the major City League win against Northland.

Shoultz has some great potential and has busted onto the scene as a real player for Northland this year. He passes the eye test – good height, long, and moves well. This kid is a freak athlete. He has great leaping ability along with a quick first step. To start the game he got the ball in the corner, ripped a drive baseline, and posterized a defender. He is that type of athlete. he showed great finishing ability and good touch in the paint. He finishes high on the rim. He is a good shooter as well. Anytime Linden went to a zone he shot them out of it pretty quickly. He has a very high ceiling.
CJ Collins CJ Collins 6’2″ | CG Marysville | 2025 State OH is a sniper. He comes off the ball screens and off-ball screens ready to shoot it. He is always looking for space to get his shot off and has a knack for finding it. He has perfect footwork when shooting the ball. This allows him to be equally as deadly as an off-the-dribble shooter and catch-n-shoot. He has an unlimited range. You need to guard him as soon as he crosses the half-court line because he’ll make you pay if not. I was impressed that towards the end of the game, Collins started attacking the rim. He was putting his head down and getting to the rim.
