IMG Academy:
Oliver Rioux, Class Senior, HT 7’7, Position Center
Although Oliver did not get in the game, he is definitely worth noting. He is 7’7 and one of the tallest people I have seen ever in person. I was really interested to see what he can do. IMG has so many high level players, that Oliver is committed to a Power 5 school in Florida, and did not play. It will be very interesting what he does there.
Darius Acuff, HT 6’3, Position PG, Class 2025
Darius is a top 10 ranked player in the class of 2025. He had a standout game against Sunrise Christian. He played every minute of the game, and he looked like he still had energy left. He finished the game with 28 points, 3 steals, and 9 assists. He shot a high percentage from the field going 12-20. Darius is a super strong built PG. He can be a scorer, and is great in the oppen floor. He also has great court vision, and makes players around him better. Darius has all the high major schools after him.
Donovan Freeman, HT 6’9, Position F, Class Senior
Donovan had a big game, with 19 points, and 7 rebounds. Donavan has committed to play at Syracuse. He is a 6’9 Forward. He is athletic, and can defend multiple positions. He had some nice takes off the dribble during the game. That is something he has improved on. He is also starting to develop his frame more. Donovan has a very high level of potential.
Chase Mcmarty, Position Wing, HT 6’5, Class senior
Chase finished the game with 10 points and 5 rebounds. He is a very high level prospect committed to play at Huston next year. Chase is 6’5 and likes to attack off the dribble. He can get his shot off over defender of all sizes, and he has good length to match his athleticism. He is showing potential to guard positions 1-5. Chase has the perfect game for todays basketball.
Sunrise Christian:
David Castillo, HT 6’1, Position G, Class Senior
David had a standout game with 26 points, 3 assists and 3 rebounds. David shot very well from three point range during the contest. He went 6-11 from beyond the arc and 9-16 from the field. He is committed to Kansa State next season. David is a really well rounded Point Guard, and he has very few flaws in his game. He can play at multiple speeds. He can push the ball in transition, and also makes players around him better. He is a three level scorer. He can score off the dribble at the rim, has a nice floater game, and can shoot from the outside.
Jerimiah Green, HT 6’2, Position G, Class Junior
Green finished the game with 16 points, 3 assists and 4 rebounds. He was 7-13 from the field. Green is a super high level Guard and a high major prospect.
Spencer Ahrens, HT 6’9, Position F, Class Junior.
Spencer has a ton of potential, and is a high major prospect. He is a strong 6-9 Forward, who can play inside and out. He can stretch the floor and shoot the three, and is also tough to stop on the glass. Spencer is a very versatile player, and can impact the game in so many ways. I was impressed with what I saw against Sunrise Christian,
