These players all have been having spectacular seasons scoring the basketball and should look to continue that as the season moves along. Here are my elite shot creators for the 2025 class.
Loughlin can score in all areas on the court with his elite skillset. At 6’4″ he will look to take advantage of any mismatch he can looking to take players off the dribble with his strong handles and smooth finishing ability around the rim. Loughlin is shooting the three-ball at an exceptional rate making 57 of them already this season. He can into the midrange to rise over smaller defenders or can hit tough fading-away shots off the dribble no matter the contest.
McNeil uses his toughness and physicality to score the basketball and he is not afraid to go up against anyone. He will constantly challenge taller players at the rim or off the dribble with his quick handles on the perimeter. McNeil does an excellent job creating space on his jump shots and can get into the heart of defenses in the midrange game. His ability to always push the pace for himself and his teammates shows how he looks to tire defenses out throughout a game.
Jackson has been on a scoring tear this season averaging over 23 ppg looking to increase that number as the season progresses. The point guard will look to take defenders off the dribble having them on skates before he uses his quickness to blow right past them to the rim. Jackson has a smooth and quick release on his jump shot and can take control of the midrange game with his crafty moves hitting some tough shots from that area.
Joseph is having another great season averaging over 15 ppg looking to be aggressive on the offensive end at all times. He attacks the rim with power and loves to seek contact looking to draw the foul every time. His dribbling ability is as good as anyone in his class because of how quick and explosive he is. Joseph has a smooth midrange game and can even step out to the three-point line to hit a couple of shots from that distance making him a tough guard for defenders to keep up with.
Harmitt can score on all three levels on the court but is more of an inside/slasher kind of player who looks to apply the pressure on defense when he goes to the rim. His finishing ability around the basket can be a tough outing for defenders to keep up with as he has so many moves in his bag it is usually hard to predict which one he will bring out. He gets good separation on his jump shots, especially in the midrange area, and can go coast to coast in the blink of an eye. Harmitt is averaging over 17 ppg and will look to add to that the more the season moves along.
